This amazing NEWER home (2020) has all new furnishings. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, it boasts of outdoor living space with full deck and views of Kalamazoo Lake just across Lake Street. “Under the deck is custom-block patio with an under-deck roof”, No leaks during any rainstorm-- plus a TV with SONOS, two speakers to serve patio, natural-gas fire pit and Weber propane grill. Interior is all natural maple flooring, top quality cabinets with quartz tops, Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. All bathrooms have ceramic floors and showers. The Carriage house (above garage area attached to house by deck) has living area, separate bedroom, bath, mini kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. There is also a sleeper bed in second-story loft and in carriage house. Everything in this home is quality custom craftsmanship, with nothing held back. All TV’s in home equipped with SONOS. There is no comparison to it in the area.
*Note*. Photos and virtual tour were done just days before window treatments were installed in all bedrooms and bath with windows. Also, TV installed on patio, additional landscaping, and landscape lighting have been added since that time. I have scheduled updated photos and virtual tour when weather in 2022 is conducive to highlight these upgrades.

Amazing home for a big family!

Amazing home
This was a perfect house for our group! Bright, clean, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Love the outdoor space as well. It’s a short walk into town so no worries about driving/parking. Communication with host was quick and helpful. I recommend this home and I would stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The house was in the perfect location for a quick walk to downtown Saugatuck for a coffee in the morning, lunch or dinner. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the beach which was beautiful. Douglas is just a quick walk as well! The layout of the home was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and the outdoor space was perfect for evening meals outside. We will definitely be back!

Incredible home in a great location. Very clean, excellent layout, high quality construction, plentiful in house amenities (fire pit, upper deck, sonos, outdoor TV, etc). Make this home your destination for friends and/or family trips, you won’t be disappointed!

Bachelorette party heaven!
We rented this house to celebrate my bachelorette party and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for 12 people and amazingly, the kitchen never felt crowded. Lovely house. Lovely property. All the amenities. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Close to all the beaches (very short drives with little children…possible walk/bike ride for adults). We really liked the close proximity to downtown Saugatuck.

Very beautiful home with tons of room
We took a girls weekend in Saugatuck and found this house to be lovely, very roomy and in a great location. We were able to walk a short distance to shops and restaurants. The carriage house is like it’s own apartment and very cute. The owner was great to work with and we would definitely rent this house again.

Ideal Home for a Big Family in Saugatuck
Have so many good things to say about this property. The location in Saugatuck is so perfect and we enjoyed the quick walk to the downtown area. The outdoor space in the house was wonderful and we were traveling with a family with a newborn so we really appreciated the coach house separate from the rest of the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic and the kitchen was great for our needs! Would stay here again and recommend the house for big families!

Enjoyed Saugatuck Stay
Excellent experience. Everyone enjoyed staying at the home. The home is very well designed and decorated. We found the home to be clean which was very important to us. Top of the line appliances . Great outdoor space and plenty of parking. Also great location within walking distance of downtown. This was our first Vrbo rental and it was a great experience.

Family get together
Our family, 7 adults and 4 children ages 2 years to 2 months, had a fantastic stay. The house is large with plenty of room to gather, as well as space to retreat for rest. The house is in a quiet spot but just a few blocks to restaurants and bars in Saugatuck. The house was very clean and outfitted well. I would happily book again. Thank you!

Lovely Home - So much space!
We had 9 adults stay for a wedding and it was truly the perfect home. Everyone had their own space and then some. Tom was great in communication. House is very close to downtown Saugatuck, as well as downtown Douglas and Lake Michigan. We would highly recommend!
