"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. "We very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient for both Willingen and Winterberg ski areas. Sleeping accommodation for guests over 10 people is not ideal and dining area is quite cramped but these are only small remarks for improvement. Would be even better if Wi-Fi was available as only 2.5G signal available at the house."
