"O hotel é novo e bonito, entrega o que promete. Vale a pena o custo benefício, não tem muito luxo e poucos funcionários. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, a piscina é excelente, bem quentinha mesmo em dias chuvosos. A recreação infantil deixa a desejar, brincadeiras em locais fechados em dias de sol e as crianças não aproveitam a piscina. Atividades são escolares, o que é injusto com as crianças. "Amazing stay. Staff was always helpful, the area around is super walkable and safe. The room was quiet and comfortable. Only minor comment is that the pool restaurant could have more options. Will definitely stay again!"

A propriedade é composta de vários bangalôs e alguns são de propriedade privada (Vilas do Pratagy) e outros bangalôs é de propriedade do Vila Supreme Hotel. "The hotel is probably the best one in the city, right on the beach and with two separate swimming pools. The one closer to the beach has constant music and children so be advised.
