"Honest review. The condo we stayed in was very spacious and accommodating to our party of 5 (3 adults, 1 teen 1 kid) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, and dining room. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner communicated well and check in went smoothly. As of April 2023 the building itself was going through renovations which we knew in advance. "Summer vacation for universal and stay at this property to rest from walking around at the studios. Location is great, second story has easy access in and out, beach view was great, walking distance to beach access was reasonable. property was very clean, has lots of amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Overall great location and comfort. Construction wasn't bad you could hear noise during the week days and after 9 or 10 not bad since we were awake then. "
