At Paradise Beach Club you will quickly realize why the area is a favorite vacation destination in Florida. This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is right outside your unit along with convenient access to the beach just steps away. You can sit back and watch the kids swim, or simply enjoy the views of the pool and ocean from the comfort of your patio.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is a queen air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements (not a sleeper sofa). There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish).

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two on-site washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor, two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Perfect Beach Vacation
The Paradise Beach Club does not disappoint. It's the perfect place to unwind. I enjoyed waking up and seeing the sunrise while sipping my coffee on the pool deck. Later I ventured down the step right onto the beach for a walk and admiring/collecting all the beautiful sea shells.

Everything you need is provided in the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Great location. Pool is clean. Lots of shells in the sand to collect. No noise after 10 pm. Great weather in January. Pool water was warm enough for my wife. Ocean water was warm enough for me. I would stay at this unit again. BEWARE!! There are large rocks, coral, concrete, (something) in the shallow ocean at low tide. Just a heads up.

Beach location was wonderful but, the sea wall construction prevented an ocean view from the 1st floor. However, it was perfect for walking our dog!

We really enjoyed the location. The pool and ocean was amazing. The actual place we stayed was a little disappointing. I feel it could have been more updated and clean. All it would need would be paint and a few minor updates. Our microwave didn't work-But when we called they offered someone to fix it right away. There were lots of stray cats that our neighbors/manager had. It felt a little dirty and she wasn't so pleasant. But again, all and all we had a good family vacation. I would maybe just pick a different unit in the complex.

Perfect location
We had to find a place to crash for 3 weeks before our house was ready. This place popped up as an option and it was perfect for us. Owners were awesome communicators, property had great people working for them. Conveniently located to 404 and grocery stores. Perfect to just walk out back and walk right to the pool or beach. Definitely would recommend!

Great relaxing family time
We had ground floor walk out access to the pool and right down the stairs to the beach. Our dogs could sit in our fenced in patio area with us which they loved. Beautiful views of pool and ocean. Fenced in doggy areas for them to go potty which is so nice because it is safe for them to b off their leash and run around . Very friendly people. Outdoor grilling areas. Great time was difficult to leave. This is our second Christmas at this property. C u next year.

Potential
This property has the potential to be the best vacation spot possible for families. It has a very nice floorplan inside and is steps away from the warm pool and white sand beach. Although, the onsite manager sits on her surveillance camera waiting to pounce on any opportunity. She does not see her position as one to welcome guests, rather to catch them doing anything wrong so she can belittle them and call them names. They were not available in the office.

Fabulous location!
We loved being able to walk out the door and swim in the beautiful, warm pool. Just steps beyond the pool, we could take long walks on the beach. Then, we enjoyed relaxing in our nicely appointed room. We'll definitely be back!
