Oceanfront 2BR with Breathtaking Views next to Patrick SFB, Satellite Beach

Direct ocean front, 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom, condo on the 6th floor right next to Patrick Airport - Space Force Base. The condo boasts amazing ocean & coastal views from every room of the condo on the top floor of the 6-floor building with updates including: Impact glass windows & doors and quartz countertops. You can watch every launch from the private balcony of this top floor, direct oceanfront condo in Satellite Beach.
The condo is pretty spacious with a full kitchen equipped with all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking; a master bedroom consisting of master bathroom with walk-in shower, makeup counter, walk-in closet, bath closet, a KING bed, smart TV and a sitting chair; The second bedroom including a murphy queen bed, closet, dedicated working desk and chair; the second bathroom is right outside the second bedroom with walk-in shower; the living room consisting of the dining table set, the sofas with the queen pull out bed, and the smart TV.
Guests are encouraging to open closets and cabinets to find extra linen, blankets, towels, supplies and kitchen wares to use during the stay. Please put back clean items where you found.
A couple of days before the trip, guests will receive a door code and direction details for their self-check-in at any time. The welcome sheet will provide WIFI and all information for the stay.
Finally, we have had beach access approved by the city before Christmas 2024. The beach access is right behind the back door, 100 feet from the elevators.
The community has the game room and gathering room on the ground floor.
For common areas outside the unit, guests should read the signs and follow the HOA rules for access.
We provide beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, and beach towels. The nice bath towels are for inside use only.

We enjoyed our time at the beach. Coffee in the morning watching the waves was so relaxing. The proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The unit was clean and comfortable. Met all our needs. We will definitely be back.

This condo was perfect place to stay with our friends before we headed out on a cruise. The view is beautiful, kitchen and bath fully stocked and the view is awesome. Very very clean. Loved it!!!

This is a very cool older building with a lot of charm. The owner has made the condo into a modern comfortable oasis that is right of the heart of all the action. We have stayed in the area numerous times at different locations and this is by far the best we have stayed in.

Great Location

We found the building the property was in to be run down and had quite a bit of construction going on but the rest of the place was great. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great and the home was well kept. I wouldn’t say this property is kid friendly but it was great for what we needed. The check in and check out was straight forward and the host was very proactive and responsive. I did love the location and that I could just sit and listen to the ocean while watching tv or drinking morning coffee!

Wow! What a view!!

This beautiful place has the most awesome view! Very clean unit. Everything you need is available and the owner gets back very quick with questions!!!I’d definitely come back!!This is not a negative but an fyi. As of March 25 there is renovations in the hallways. It’s an older building and they are doing a great job of keeping dust/dirt levels down while renovating.

Winter getaway

The views!! At first I was hesitant about renting a north facing property, but I have been converted! Love that we could enjoy the balcony all day because you will get warm morning sun and evening sun, but during the hottest part of the day it’s shaded. Instructions to get into the property were clear and worked perfectly. Mark was super quick to respond. We didn’t have any troubles at all. Property was as described, plenty of pots, pans, and utensils if you’re planning to cook. Nice quiet building with quiet fellow renters. Fantastic beach access right out in front of the building. We would definitely book again!

I had a great stay , I would say the floors could have been cleaned better , and there was construction going on within the building and my direct beach access was closed off , this was not listed when booking . But overall my stay was good had a beautiful view from the balcony and I would come back

Weekend getaway!

Excellent property with amazing beach/ocean view! The back patio is a north facing view but I highly recommend. It was stocked with towels for all and it was very clean! There is a parking spot in the garage so it helps keep your vehicle from getting too salty. Parking a car shouldn't be a problem but it's tough for an extended SUV... there is plenty of outside parking though. I would absolutely stay again in the future!

Everything on the inside of this property was clean and well maintained. The building and grounds could use some upkeep. We were bummed that the beach access was not ready for our trip but that was our of the owners hands. The view from the balcony was amazing! Listened to the waves in the bedrooms. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels and stocked items like paper towels, coffee, and laundry soap. Mark was a pleasure to work with! He even mailed back a personal item we left by mistake. I would most definitely book this condo again!

Stayed 2 nights here with my husband, our 2 kids and my parents, so full house and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of room for all 6 of us. Kids shared the bed in the couch. We just made it back up into a couch every morning. We picked this location because we wanted something right on the ocean and it delivered. The balcony view is breathtaking and you have view of the ocean in every room. We slept with the window cracked open so we could hear the waves all night. Short walk to the beach, i understand the direct access will be finished soon, but in the mean time it a very easy 5 minute walk or you can drive if you have a lot of beach stuff to bring down. The building is very quiet and clean. Mark's instructions for check in and check out are very clear and easy to follow. We will definitely be recommending this condo to our friends and family and will be staying here again on a next visit.
