The Space:
●IMPORTANT●:

Please be aware that our building is currently undergoing a concrete restoration project. While this work should not significantly affect your stay in the unit, you may encounter construction equipment on-site and experience construction noise during weekday daylight hours. To compensate for this inconvenience, the nightly rate for the unit has been discounted.

During this time, the following conditions will be in effect:

(1) The pool will be closed until construction is completed.
(2) Please note that direct beach access from our property is currently unavailable. For beach access with parking, you can visit Hightower Park Public Beach located 1 mile south of our building, or Space Force Block House Public Beach, which is 1.6 miles north.
(3) The hallway leading to the lobby, game room, card room, and public restrooms will be closed until the remodeling is finished.

▶ Please note that this privately-owned apartment does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after check-out.
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Regrettably, no animals are allowed.
▶ Parties are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation period.
▶ Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the unit. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fee, and immediate eviction without a refund will be enforced.
▶ Check-in is at/after 3 pm, and check-out is no later than 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in
