The entrance is overrun with untended shrubs, arbor paint is all chipped, place is overrun with weeds, front entrance is closed with rotten front steps evident, back door is locked, door was opened by 2 scary people, one look inside...the kitchen was just filthy. I called Expedia to complain and said I would not pay! Expedia were very co-operative and looked after it for me.
