LE BERDER - Appartement T3 centre ville Sarzeau

Located in the heart of the village center of Sarzeau renowned seaside resort, you will immediately be seduced by the location and charm of the Berder. This beautiful apartment of about 60m² is close to shops, restaurants and shops it is the ideal location to visit the Rhuys peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan!
You are about ten minutes from the beaches!

Important: You can also book for 6 additional people if you plan a stay with family or friends the apartment which is located upstairs above his "little brother" Le Beg er Lann!

Recently renovated and decorated with care, this apartment of 60 m², has a large bright and very pleasant living room, a comfortable living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining area for 6 guests, a beautiful kitchen and fully equipped.

Night Space:
It also has two separate double bedrooms with beds of 140 many storage, a bathroom with walk-in shower with individual basin as well as separate toilet. There is also a washing machine and baby cot equipment.

The neighborhood:
You are in the heart of the city center of Sarzeau which hosts a weekly market, temple of local gastronomy! (notice to gourmets)! Many shops and shops around the Place du Général de Gaulle in Sarzeau every Friday from 8 am to 1 pm, and all year round!
You will also find:

A large supermarket 5 km open 7 days a week in the high season (you will find a caterer, a butcher and a fishmonger).
A supermarket, a bread depot, a tobacco press and some restaurants decorate the small village of Penvins located 12 minutes by car and which has a very large beach.
The park Celt' adventure for lovers of hooked-on, escape game, electric scooters is 50
500 meters and will allow you to spend a beautiful afternoon with family!

Appartement rénové, confortable et très bien équipé. Une partie du marché du samedi a lieu sur la place face à l'appartement. Un restaurant localisé sous l'appartement est ouvert le soir mais ne nous a pas gêné. En revanche les voisins du dessus avait un enfant que nous entendions courrir. L'agence est très attentionnée et très réactive."

Unsauber und Schimmelgeruch
Bereits das Treppenhaus roch nach Schimmel und war unsauber- das Haus ist von außen alt und ungepflegt/ im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Bar direkt unter der Wohnung. Die umliegenden Häuser sind sehr nah an dem Haus, so dass man aus den Fenstern nur dreckige Hinterhöfe sieht. Die Wohnung war unsauber, überall Krümel und abgewetzte Möbel. Der Kühlschrank stank so widerlich, dass es einen schlecht wurde. Im Bad roch es schimmelig, alle Filter verstopft und dreckig. Die Putzutensilien kaputt und in einen Schrank geworfen. Wir haben uns sofort beschwert bei der zuständigen Agentur. Leider keine Ersatzwohnung und nur Ärger. Wir haben es nur 1 Nacht ausgehalten und mussten unseren Urlaub mit 3 Kindern abbrechen- 1500€ sind weg- lediglich die Endreinigung haben wir erstattet bekommen. Man sollte sich schämen, so mit einer Familie umzugehen!!!
