"The place was beautiful. The owners were also extremely friendly, they offered to drive us to any restaurant in the area if we didn’t want to eat at a place within walking distance. Breakfast was also delicious and traditional. They also helped us get a bus reservation to our next destination and drove us to the bus stop. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was nice and had some great amenities, but it is located pretty far from the train station and it seems the buses in the area stop running at 6:30 pm. Most businesses (like restaurants) also close around this time, so at least you can enjoy the onsen in the evening when there’s not much else to do!"

"凄く丁寧で優しい。朝チェックアウトのあと駐車場へ向かったら霜が降りてて車の窓ガラスが真っ白になってました。そのあとすぐ旅館の方が霜を取るヘラを持ってきてくれました。 普通であれば霜を溶かす為に数分エンジンかけ、暖房で温めたり時間がかかった出発がかなり時短になりました。 ３歳の息子が居ましたが、館内用の浴衣もお布団も小さいサイズを用意してくれ嬉しかったです。 館内の歯磨き粉は少し固かったですが、改善してくれる事を祈ります。 あと館内に電子レンジがないのですが、旅館の方が、「厨房で温めますか？」と聞いてくれ、優しかったです。 わからないことや困ったことは旅館の方が親身に聞いて対応が早かったです。 部屋は凄く広く、古い作りでしたが、素泊まりにはかなり満足でした。 また家族や友達とまた泊まりたいと思った旅館です。 旅館の周りは徒歩300m圏内にコインランドリーや食べ物屋さん(ほうとう屋さんやお寿司屋さんなど)色々ありました。 20時閉店が多い為早めに来店が必要かもしれません。 薬局やコンビニもあります。 "

"Traditional Ryokan with very basic facilities. Nothing special to boast off but charges are on higher side. They do not even accept credit card payment and need cash, which was very annoying and difficult as I had to walk to nearby family mart to get cash out for making payment. The owner was nice and soft spoken, did a tea ceremony for couple of minutes and also dropped us to the train station on the morning. "Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided.
