In the enchanting and authentic setting of the hamlet of Tizzano, located on the Sartene coast in Southern Corsica, our 4-star Mare e Macchia tourist residence awaits you, offering peace and serenity in a wild and unspoiled environment. Set in a 2-hectare park, our spacious, air-conditioned villas will charm you with their tasteful decor. The Mare e Macchia residence has a swimming pool with a children's pool in a wooded garden overlooking the sea.

Five hundred meters away, via a very pleasant and shaded footpath, a beautiful fine-sand beach, transparent seabeds, and turquoise waters teeming with fish will allow you to enjoy swimming and...relaxing. Nature is close by. The residence is bordered by the Corsican maquis, fabulously blooming in spring, fragrant with trees, abundantly wooded, and crisscrossed by hiking trails.

VILLAS ARE AVAILABLE FOR 2, 4, or 8 PEOPLE.

Sehr schöne Tage
Wir waren Mitte Mai 2024 in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool war sehr schön und wir konnten ihn wegen der Vorsaison oft alleine genießen. Insgesamt war die Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Danke an Paula von der Rezeption für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Einziger Wermutstropfen: wegen der Vorsaison war die Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf dem angrenzenden Campingplatz noch geschlossen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war in Sartène. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A great place to stay
we loved our stay. Pool was perfect in the heat of the afternoon before heading down to the beach for swimming and snorkelling. Tizzano is a quiet and relaxed place with good restaurants and a gorgeous beach. The campsite next door to the Apartment was handy for the little shop and your breakfast croissants and daily baguette, its restaurant did simple but tasty fare, the pizzas were handy for the sunday arrival and the everyone was tired.

Il est rare de ne rien avoir à redire sur une location mais là j'avoue que tout y était ! Qualité du logement et de l'ensemble des équipements présents, avec beaucoup de vaisselle assortie et même flûtes à champagne, emplacement à proximité de la mer et d'un camping pour l'épicerie notamment. Une piscine à débordement paradisiaque avec là aussi des transats de qualité et disponibles. Je recommande absolument

Erholung mit perfektem Blick aufs Meer
Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Service ist sehr nett, die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und konnte oft auch zur alleinigen Nutzung betreten werden. Der nebenliegende Campingplatz bietet Restaurant und einen Shop, somit hätte man das Auto nicht gebraucht. Wanderwege führen in die benachbarten Buchten (dort würde man nur mit SUV oder 4x4 hingelangen). In die nächsten Städte Sartene oder Propriano gelangt man in 20-25 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Anlage sehr empfehlen.

La Corse loin de la foule !
Maison tout confort, très bien équipée, très fonctionnelle, belle vue sur le maquis et la mer (la propriété porte bien son nom !) et coucher de soleil pile en face ! La piscine est splendide, vaste et entourée d’un très joli jardin, petit havre de paix ! Géniale pour les enfants et les parents ! La plage est à 5 min à pied. D’autres très jolies plages sauvages à découvrir le long de la côte à l’ouest et à l’est. Très bonnes vacances en famille !

Great villa, great stay
Villa was very clean, spacious and quiet. It is well located near the sea and in an authentic area, not too busy area. Service was amicable. Check in only accepts cheques. Cash machines quite far away. But none of this eventually was sn issue and we had a great stay. Car is a must

Magnifique
Très bon contact téléphonique avec Madame Lopez. Accueil physique super par Paula. Réceptionniste très disponible qui aime son métier. Villa très propre, très bien meublée, meubles de qualité. On a l impression d arriver dans une maison neuve. Les photos reflètent la réalité. Les propriétaires, Monsieur et Madame Lopez sont très sympathique. Les maisons sont bien conçues car aucun vis à vis quand on est dans le jardin privatif. Piscine super bien aménagée. Pataugeoire, piscine avec plage . Bain de soleil et parasol de qualite. A 10 minutes de la plage à pied c est top. Le seul hic c'est que c'est à 20 minutes de route de Sartene mais madame Lopez le précise bien lors du contact . Le côté sauvage est appréciable tour de même.

Enchanteur
La résidence est extrêmement bien conçue, villas spacieuses, très indépendantes, avec des terrasses superbes sans vis à vis. Nous avions 4 vraies chambres, avec une literie de qualité et de grands rangements. Ensemble très bien équipé (électroménager, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge...), wifi gratuit et de qualité pour les accrocs. Bref, séjour réussi garanti! Le coin est vraiment extraordinaire, et terriblement sauvage, plages de rêve à deux pas, la plage de Tizzano elle-même est accessible à pied en 5 min. Mme Lopez est aux petits soins, très accueillante et de bon conseil. Le tout pour un tarif très abordable compte tenu du standing de la résidence!

Molto bella ed elegnate, ampi spazi.
Ottima struttura per un soggiorno estivo a pochi metri da un ampia spiaggia del golfo di Tizzano. Per chi cerca tranquillità, relax e ama raggiungere le vicine insenature a piedi o con sentieri abbastanza transitabili (meglio se con una 4x4). Meno adatto ad una clientela giovane ed in cerca di divertimenti, il posto offre ristorantini in riva al mare per godere degli splendidi tramonti della costa occidentale della Corsica.

À cette période de l'année, Mai, nous avons profité d'une villa très calme, confortable et propre avec vue sur la mer dans un cadre très verdoyant et odorant. Très conforme à la description du site Internet et contact avec la propriétaire très aimable. De plus l'accueil était parfait. Location à recommander. SUPER LOCATION
Très belle villa, en tout point conforme à nos attentes les villas sont mitoyennes mais l'agencement fait que l'on se croit seul au monde. Le cadre est magnifique, beaucoup de végétation, très bien entretenue, une vue sur la mer imprenable. la décoration de la villa est sobre et elle très bien équipée Même si on a plus de temps en vacances les équipements présents ont très appréciés, je ne parle pas des différentes machine à laver mais plutôt du four qui nous a permis de mitonner quelques petits plats de vacances. Toute la famille a passé un bon moment Après la mer et les différentes excursions, les enfants étaient ravis de piquer une tête dansla la piscine qui elle aussi vos le détour. La ville de Sartène (à 20 mn) est une ville bien agréable à visiter, Propriano est une station balnéaire qui reste à taille humaine. De très bonne vacances Un bon accueil de la part de Paula et un point de fin de séjour très sympathique avec Mme LOPEZ. Nous reviendrons certainement Cécile Seine Saint Denis

FABULEUX
Le titre résume à lui tout seul mon séjour récent dans cette superbe location. venu avec des amis sportifs dans le but principal de pratiquer la chasse sous marine et accesoirement vtt nos espérances ont été plus que satisfaites la villa est spacieuse et idealment placé. les chambres sont grandes et offrent beaucoup de rangement, la cuisine très bien équipé,le séjour très agréable et joliment décoré. les deux douches et sanitaires sont appréciables et perso j'ai adoré la douche extérieure. cette villa offre dés le réveil une vue imprenable sur la baie de tizanno partagée en mer et maquis. et c'est sans parler de la magnifique piscine qui offre une vue de reve, autour de laquelle il est bon de se prelasser. le soir venu, c'est des couchés de soleil aussi beaux les uns que les autres qui ont accompagné nos apéros et se poursuivaient par des barbecues avec des poissons fraichement pechés. pour ma part, c'était un grand confort d'avoir mon semi rigide au ponton du petit village de pecheur, et de pouvoir stocker ma remorque sur le parking de la villa. les petits commerces du port sont proches, mais on a aussi possibilité de se rendre au camping de l'avena situé en contrebas à quelques dizaines de metres et ça depanne bien. l'accueil des corses a aussi été un moment fort, vraiment tous tres sympas. Et merci à mr Lopez pecheur sur tizanno depuis plusieurs années pour tous ces conseils de spots de peche. sa femme a elle aussi été d'une grande gentillesse et toujours à l'ecoute de nos remarques pour que nos vacances se passent idéalement, et merci à paula la gerante pour ses services rendus. j'ai pris le temps de partager mes impressions sur le site, parce que tout simplement, je viens de rentrer sur bordeaux, mon séjour a juste été fabuleux, sans doute dans le top ten de mes plus belles vacances. sans aucuns doute, je vous conseille cette location et perso je compte bien y retourner, vivement 2015 laurent H de bordeaux

Location agréable, propre, spacieuse, bien équipée et trés calme sans être isolée. L'accés aux commerce et à la plage est proche. La vue sur la mer magnifique. Location recommandée sans problème
