VILLA CONTE - CHIANCIANO TERME AREA

This villa (170 sq. m) is located in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, a few kilometres from Pienza and Montepulciano. It is surrounded by oak and cypress trees: the ideal location for those who like to enjoy not only the tranquillity of the countryside (800m from the main road) but also daily trips to the nearby cities of art such as Siena.

Ground floor: kitchen with fireplace, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with access to outside, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, spacious sitting room with sofa and dining area and pool table. Two extra beds can be added on request in the living area. Suitable for disabled people.

Outdoor: swimming pool (6mx12m) with sunbeds and table and chairs in the pool area. BBQ next to the outhouse.

Facilities: Heating, BBQ, washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, pool table, Internet (portable modem, up to 2GB included, thereafter extra cost to recharge €20), satellite TV, swimming pool, sun loungers, bed linen, towels.
