"The host did not communicate with us prior to the trip. I reached out to them to make sure we were good before we left. Once we arrived, we could not get into the apartment to see if it was as described, so I can't say if it is. The lockbox would not open, and they did not reply to my message saying we couldn't get in until the next morning. In addition, the area was dirty and not the safest, and the light in the hall trying to get in was very dim. I was willing to still give it a try if the apartment had matched the pictures, but never got the opportunity."
