"Stayed for a two night staycation. Flawless check-in process. The wheelchair I’d requested for my Mother was not only ready but one of the staff wheeled her to the lobby when we arrived. Vatsal at check-in was efficient and friendly, answering all my questions. The room was in good, sanitary condition. Walls should be thicker. I could hear the next room. "The property can do with a little tidy up maintenance, however it is well run and the location is excellent with lots of dining and shopping options very close by. The staff are exceptional and make the overall experience special. Keep up the good work by hiring the type of staff you have there. "

"Very clean rooms. Across from Railway station and front of the bus station. So many restaurants to choose from. Front staff was friendly. Check out staff, we have to ask for the receipt. He did not offer the receipt. Breakfast was very nice for INR 180, purchase it when you book the room. Good selection on breakfast. Veg & Non-veg. Floor staff was friendly."

"My booking was for 3 nights and while booking I opted for the “signature suite”. On checkin I was given a room which had a living room space and a bedroom - typical of what is expected as a suite. But next day the hotel called and pushed me out to a studio room arguing that my booking was for a studio suite!! Booking description never had anything as studio suite. Toiletries in the room were poor quality and cheap and cleanliness was compromised too"
