"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"This property is situated up a very long stone lane. The lengthy journey up this steep hill is rewarded at the end with sensational views across the vine strewn valley with clear sight of Arrezzo in the distance. The house is perfectly appointed and the pool area is equally well situated to enjoy a few lazy hours. I have no issue recommending this property to anyone."

"Die An- und Abreise durch das Gebirge war gewöhnungsbedürftig! Der Pool wird erst am 1.6. eröffnet, nicht wie in der Annonce am 1.5.! Der Wasserdruck war leider auch zu niedrig, so dass Duschen und Haare waschen etwas problematisch waren. Maria hat das aber durch ihre nette herzliche Art gut ausgeglichen. Wir würden auch wieder hinfahren!"

"Great stay up in the hills above Londa. Apartment is under the family home, and also with a second apartment next door. We hadn't realised that there were two - photographs on Vrbo show mostly of the main apartment but with a few views of the other one. Our apartment was ideal for us. Thankfully heating was available as we had wet and cold weather (unexpectedly!) Lots of walks can be taken from the property and also within a short car ride away if you are into walking. "Siamo stati molto bene presso la casa di Antonella. La casa si trova in mezzo al verde ed è stata tutta a nostra disposizione. Serve l'auto per spostarsi ed è raggiungibile tramite una piccola stradina che serve quattro case sulla collina. La casa è molto fresca e ben attrezzata. Zanzariere alle finestre anche se di zanzare ce n'erano poche. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci hanno lasciato tutto a disposizione dentro la casa. Nelle vicinanze c'è la foresta del casentino che è bellissima e...

"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"
