"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. It would be nice if they provided more than one washcloth and if they provided shower soaps. The toilet was situated very strange. It was very quiet and clean. We were alone in the whole building. "

"Don't get to sleep in a 150 year old, renovated palace often. Quiet location. Take a tour of the palace, amazing. To bad they don't have the country of Canada in their reservation database...haha. After 10 min just gave us our room key."
