"Odalar temiz ve güzeldi ama fiyatına göre aranan kalitede değildi. Yemekleri iyidi fakat yemeğe ne dahil olup olmadığını anlamak zordu. Herşey sorarak öğreniyorsunuz. Mesela omlet alabilirmiyiz diye sorunca getiriyorlar ama öyle bir hakkımızın olup olmadığını bilmiyorduk, başkalarından görüp sorduk. Personal iyidi ama bu sorun giderilmeli bence. Müşterinin neye hakkı olduğunu bilmem. Bu akşam yemeğinde içecek içinde geçerli. Kahvaltıya veya akşam yemeğine neyin dahil olduğunu mutlaka sorun eğer...

"Rooms were big enough, beds / beddings were comfy, clean...beach was excellent... staff was very nice & kind and food was delicious.. However, room service was not good. We were told we'd be added to a whatapp group which we have never been added, noone came to collect bins/change towels etc. On 1st day we called reception but we didn't want to call everyday for that... Overall, it was a good stay, many thanks."

"The staff were very friendly and attentive, they made us feel home. Room cleaning frequency was very good, AC was working well which was very important to us, kids loved the pool and slides. Food was delicious and the variety was just enough. The hotel is very close to the center and we enjoyed restaurants and shops in the walking distance. It was a great stay"

"When the property was new I’m sure it was beautiful. As it is not maintained at all it smells moldy, is dirty and not an adequate place to stay. The staff wears hospital scrubs so you feel as you are in a hospital, not a hotel. If the owners just gave the place a facelift and a good cleaning it could be nice. It may be too late for that! "
