Villa Señora Martin #15 is the best deal in Hermosa Heights. It is a newly renovated 2 bedrooms, 2 baths stand-alone villa in the Hermosa Heights Gated Community. The Principal bedroom has a pillow-top mattress queen, the second bedroom has a new double mattress under, a single upper bunkbed. The living room has a futon that makes out to a full size bed and a Gray sofa for additional sleeping. There is a toddler cot (up to 75 lbs) and a pack & play for infants upon request. Full Kitchen, Washer-Dryer, Towels, Linens. A Propane Gas grill is available on the deck for a small fee for gas and cleaning.
Hermosa Heights has a pool, restaurant, mini-golf, and Cinema. 10-minute walk to the beach

Great stay in Hermosa Heights
We had a great stay in Hermosa Heights. My kids enjoyed the pools, slides and the mini golf. The location within the gated community is good; private with great view but also not far from the gate. There is a nice grocery store near by. The only thing, it is a bit far from the beach if you don't have a car. Rob was very helpful when we were booking the stay and had to change dates, had questions, etc. Property manager is also good and is available if any issues.
