The beach and shops are literally steps away, so you always have something exciting to do as a guest at Sun and Waves vacation condo.
The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.
Guests can access the shared pool area, the common laundry and the rooftop terrace. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying.

Please note that there are currently repairs underway from end of January and that might last up until April at the complex that are urgently required. Unfortunately due to the storms and flooding that occurred in November of last year have necessitated emergency repairs to the exterior of the complex that can only be facilitated during the dry season.
These repairs will result in excessive noise from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Guests who confirm their bookings acknowledge that they have read this disclaimer and are aware that this work will be taking place, and they agree to this condition.
The prices have been adjusted to reflect discounts, and the rates are more competitive due to this inconvenience. Please ensure that you are fully aware of this before confirming your reservation, as your confirmation will be taken as acknowledgment that you have read and understood this information, and that you are comfortable with the noise that will occur at the complex.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.
Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
