Wonderful property

Highly recomend this home. Plenty of room, very clean. Great area and easily walkable. All communication with the management company and house manager was very clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! The views are better than the pictures. They have all the toys to enjoy the pool. The house is extremely clean. Fabrizio was very helpful. The whole family was blown away.

Amazing views, very clean and great location!

View from this property is stunning and sunset views from the top pool deck were beautiful. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and was everything we were looking for. Restaurants and beach were a short drive and walk away. We did walk a couple of times to the beach and town but we would consider getting golf carts next time for the convenience ...and to avoid the walk back up in the hill in the heat.

Place was amazing, views are outstanding. Golf carts were great for getting around town quickly! We had an electric and WiFi problem. Property manager was extremely quick to get both issues resolved. No complaints and would stay here again!

Playas del Coco - best villa for a group, family

We were over the moon with the views from the villa. The all glass living room gathering space was gorgeous along with the balcony view and pool side view. We travelled with our three grown children and their spouses/partners, eight in total. Everyone had their own spaces (we pushed the two twin beds together). Beach towels were provided and we brought beach blankets from home. Short walk to local beach or town and many easy day trips to other nearby beaches. Kitchen was well laid out, had all amenities, minus the microwave which was not working. We cooked our suppers almost every day. Alex from Zindis group was very helpful throughout our stay. We listened to the howler monkeys as we took i. The gorgeous scenery. We could not have been more pleased.

Happy in Costa Rica

Location, View, Bones, Amenities of the property were great. I would consider this property to be a little tired and in need of some minor maintenance to improve the experience. We had several issues, all minor, but collectively left a less than excellent rating. 2 shower heads leaked badly, water heater was set too low and needed to be adjusted (cool showers), one commode leaked and ran most of the time, requiring us to shutoff the water supply when not in use. Zindis representative (Alex) did respond and correct most of the items. He was very helpful. Overall, a good experience. I would consider this property again and compare to additional options.

Gorgeous view

The view and the property were better than what’s shown in the pictures. Definitely get golf carts through Brian. It’s so much easier and fun to ride around in that. Very affordable pricing too. Property manager was responsive and made it easy to check in and check out. Loved waking up to the view. Beautiful pool and the property was very clean. All amenities were in perfext shape. Laundry machine was new and clean. The only comment to the owner is to get your roofing checked out. There was a water leak during the storm on the last day of our stay. Water damage is evident in some locations. Even on our first day we can tell there were locations of water damage as the plaster was bubbling and paint peeling off. Didnt affect our stay but hope the owner can get it fixed without too much damage.

The views from the property are amazing

The house is more beautiful than what you can see on the pictures. It is very close to the beach and center of the town of playas del coco. The cleanliness should be improved also the grill needs to be replaced.

Very nice home in a beautiful part of the world

It was a great place to get away from it all. Loved reading by the pool in the mornings and cooling off in the afternoons. Private location in a gated community.

Oh that VIEW!!!!

This is a great property if you like views, being close to the small town, and ability to get to the beach on foot. The pool area is such a great place for an end of day relaxation. A great shout out to Cynthia and Fernando for helping us with local tours and restaurant suggestions. That personal touch made the trip the best ever! Covid precautions outstanding at the property and by the locals.

Beautiful home for relaxing

Our group of 4 adults enjoyed our stay! Our plan to relax and lay low worked perfectly with the heat. We think a car or golf cart are a must when staying at this property. Kojakc (Luis Fernando) is the guy to use for an airport transfer - other companies will not have direct access to the house. Kojakc also arranged to have a golf cart delivered and he was our driver & guide for a trip to Palo Verde National Park where we did a private boat tour and had an excellent casado lunch at a rancho. We found the Auto Mercado grocery store had the best selection for gringos at competitive prices. Check out the restaurants in the Pueblito sur and Pueblito norte complexes - south of Cafe de Playa. Closest places to the house. We liked Toucanoos, La Dolci Vita and Sabor de Mexico. The pool area gets very hot in late afternoon with little shade - the winds were strong enough during our visit that we didn't use the crank-out awning. Glad for brimmed hats and rash guards.😎

Great house

Our family of 6 stayed at this house for 8 nights. We rented the studio also to allow a family member with celiac to have a separate kitchen. It was nice to have the space. The bathroom in the master bedroom was huge and the 2nd full bath was adequate. The views from the house and pool are amazing. We enjoyed seeing the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the pool area. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The grocery stores in town were very complete so we ended up mostly cooking at home instead of eating out. Easy to find fresh fruit and fish at the markets. Luis Fernando was our concierge and he did a great job with airport transportation, renting 2 golf carts, and arranging 3 day trips. We did a sailboat trip to an island and had lunch on the beach. Fun snorkeling! We went to Finca Verde to see sloths and we did the boat ride on the Palo Verde river to see crocodiles and monkeys. Playas del Coco is a great little town. Easy access to the beach from the house. It was a great trip!

Great house and great value!

This property was exactly as described and pictured! It’s hard to keep it spotless because of several areas where bugs can get in at night, but they had it looking good when we got there. The check in was a bit troubled because we arrived the day before the Ironman Competition - which closed down roads, had huge crowds and generally created havoc in the small town of Coco! Fun to watch though! The kitchen in this house was better stocked than any I’ve ever rented - which was wonderful! The pool and lounge area around it were a REAL PLUS! The pool water was always cool, the lights at night were beautiful and it was a great place to cookout and eat together as a family! We also felt very safe there because of the gated entry and wonderful watchman service by Jose Manuel - so nice and accommodating - we really appreciated him! Costa Rica is a beautiful place with nice, welcoming people - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

PERFECT STAY!!!

We LOVED our stay at Villa Vista Bahia!!! The views are INCREDIBLE, the space was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and they even provided us welcome fruit and drinks! But the show stopper to this stay had to be the pool deck. Located above the house, you look out from the infinity pool and see a spectacular view of the ocean below. And with the grill, refrigerator, shade awning and bathroom at pool level - you can spend the day right there. But be sure to not leave before the sun sets - best sunset we have ever experienced! The owner recommended we book travel excursions through their local concierge and we would highly recommend that! Kojakc and his team at Guanacaste Vacation Tours got everything arranged that we wanted to do for the week - airport transportation, nature tour, horseback riding, zip lining, mud baths, golf, beach dinner and sail boating - it was a busy and FUN week of adventure! The house is just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes golf cart ride to the town of Playa del Coco - making it the perfect location to stay at home and listen to the birds and howler monkeys, enjoy a relaxing walk on the beach on the way to breakfast at a local cafe, or take a quick ride into town for a great meal or nightlife. Pura Vida Amigos!
