Washer Dryer and shower
Washer, Dryer and shower They did not work. The shower is very weak with no pressure the washer and dryer machines did not work as well was hoping and depending on them to wash her clothes as we did not bring a lot of items and packed very small. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable. The condo could use a little bit more lighting

The lighting was poor the shower had very little to no pressure and washer & dryer for clothes did not work. Proximity to beach was perfect.

Nice apartment
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with adequate basics. Having access to the Club is a awesome bonus! It's a bit off the beaten path in Ocotal but really lovely!

A peaceful place close to the beach
The apartment is very spacius and clean. VACASA stuff was helpful especially Mr. Jean and Mrs. Evelyn. The greatest problem was how to enter the house and the apartment. Directions sent by VACASA should be updated. I was looking for the gate with a chain and a lock with a code. Found no gate with a chain. At a black sliding gate there is a bar with the code numbers. It was a bit dark I did not see it. A guest from The Vista Ocotal helped me to find a member of VACASA stuff. In a few minutes Mr. Jean came and open the main door. The code for correct as sent by VACASA. But the code for the apartment lockbox was incorrect. Mr. Jean found the right code and finally we entered the apartment. A few days later the Canadian family was trying to enter The Cove 12 in front of our apartment. The same problem. They called for help, no answer. They simply left and went to Coco. This is written for the next guests. VACASA need to update the directions and the codes for apartments. At the end a roomy apartment but not easy to enter.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, with all the kitchen utensils, a beautiful pool and clean neighborhood. It was a complicated to find the exact address. The only problem was that the air conditioning of the second bedroom was leaking water (is the only criticism). But very thingelse esa perfect I would go back again

Nice place but loss of power impacted our stay.
We enjoyed our stay in general but the last day we lost power at 6:30 a.m. We hunyaround for awhile, but we were not sure when it would come back on. None of us had taken showers and we also needed to use the bathroom so we left at 8 a.m. We had intended to cook breakfast and enjoy a leisurely morning before checking out at 11:00 a.m. We left the eggs behind. We were not very happy!

Beautiful and off the beaten path
Everything was really nice in the unit. The cleaning and repair staff did an amazing job of maintaining everything. A lot of attention was paid to detail. We we're pretty unhappy about the terrible internet. It was a working vacation for my husband and me and we really struggled with that. Something else to note for those who care, there is very limited to in English. It would have been nice to stay current on US news. I can't say enough about how beautiful and well maintained the complex is!

Nice and clean
This place was nice and clean. Short walk from the beach and the restaurant Father Rooster was very good. We rented golf cart and drove to Playa del Coco almost every day

Great comfortable location with all of the amenities to feel at home, it was a little drive to get there but definitely worth it as i was only 10 minutes from town and a few minutes from the beach
