Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

The entire condo space and terrace are private for you. Other PACIFICO guests will be enjoying the common amenities.

PACIFICO L403 features two King bedrooms, an updated kitchen and living space, walkout pool access, and tons of extra amenities like beach gear, board games, and an electric grill.

The floorplan gives space and privacy for couples or families with separation between sleeping areas and loads of living and dining space - both inside and out! Updated kitchen, high-speed internet, and access to the resort-style amenities of PACIFICO including multiple pools, poolside bar & grill, PACIFICO Beach Club, Tennis & Pickleball courts, and walking trails. The condo sits very close to the pedestrian gate for easy exit/entry on foot to the main street of Playas del Coco.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost.

The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.

The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

Really nice place!

Relax at Coco
It’s a good location to coco beach, the beach club, Hermosa beach where there is great local restaurants and easy access to the airport. You can go out on a lot of excursions from coco beach. The beds we’re comfortable, it was clean and the grounds are beautifully decorated.

Great condo for exploring Coco
The condo was perfect size for us (me, wife, 11 year old daughter) to spread out and relax at the end of our vacation. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Pool is steps from the back patio. Management seamlessly arranged for a golf cart rental and airport shuttle.

First time in Costa Rica
Had a wonderful relaxing time in this condo. Pacifico is in an excellent location and this unit was perfect! Would absolutely return and stay right here. Close to grocery, restaurants, beach and not far from the airport. Unfortunately the beach club was closed for updating and I know we would have used it a lot; however, the pools and landscaping were also very enjoyable to be at as well. Beautiful landscaping and the pools and hot tub are right out the door from this condo. Highly recommend staying here and thank you to the owners and management who were extremely helpful and so very nice! We would love to return. Laurie C

Great location in the heart of Playa Cocoa
The condo was a little messy when we checked in, trash had not been emptied from the previous tenants, and it appears it had been a while since the last occupant was in the property based on the smell Emi sting from the garbage and the mold building up. The property manager was super responsive, got it cleaned up immediately, and even left us a bottle of wine. Couldn’t have asked for more. The conso itself was great, had everything we could have needed, and was perfectly positioned in town. Great stay overall!

Cute condo in a convenient location
Cute condo with a nice beach club. Pretty clean with comfortable bed. Beach club is very nice for an extra fee! Beach club is not close ( 15 min walk) on the main roads that don’t have sidewalks.

Amazing pool and location of unit
Condo had a great location on the ground level (great if you don't enjoy doing stairs), with a gate off the private patio that takes you directly to the pool deck and chaise lounges (10 feet from the patio). There are waiters that walk around the pool area and you can order food, drinks, or smoothies. The layout of the condo was perfect for 4 people. The only suggestion would be to have a small dresser in the 2nd bedroom or luggage racks in each bedroom. The location of Pacifico and the security (24 hr manned gate) made our vacation very enjoyable.

Best lodging in Coco area
Beautiful property and great location in Coco. This ground floor unit is a few step from the pool, but with a very private feel. We stayed for a week and took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and nearby market for some home cooked meals. The unit is very clean and secure, and checking in was a breeze. Thanks Dave!

Great Location and Very Family Friendly!
David was a wonderful host. He provided great recommendations for dinning and helped us navigate the area for our last three days in Costa Rica. His Condo is located walking distance from the beach and is in a very safe area. Condo has all the amenities of a hotel without the noise and crowds. Excellent all around
This property is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The presence of security makes you feel safe without them being intrusive. Access to local dining, shops and the beach are within walking distance. There is a bank and grocery store right across the street which makes stocking the kitchen with food a breeze. Dave was fabulous. He greeted us upon our arrival and since the condo wasn't ready for us yet because it was still being cleaned (no fault of the owner, we arrived early) we headed to the beach club to unwind. The beach club is absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean, relaxing, and we were treated like royalty. The food there was fabulous (try the ceviche) and reasonably priced. Dave provided us with lots of information about area activities and was happy to help us arrange reservations and shuttles as needed. Very quick to respond to emails. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Being that it is a ground floor unit it makes access to the pool a breeze. Very impressed with this lovely condo. I will definitely be back and will be looking to book this condo again.

Comfortable, convenient and clean
This condo is located in a great community, walking distance to groceries, town and the beach. The patio leads right out to the amazing set of pools and the unit is well stocked and easy to be comfortable in. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. We have nothing but great memories from our stay here!

Beautiful!
This was our first time in Costa Rica and we were very pleased! The complex is beautiful and very conveniently located to town and the beach. The Beach Club is very nice and a short car/taxi ride away. The condo is steps from the pool and hot tub. Dave was very helpful and responsive, assisting with car rental, excursions, and recommendations for restaurants and places to see. When our rental car had a flat tire, he even came to the condo with a tire pump, personally escorted us to the auto shop, and spoke with the staff on our behalf to expedite the repair so we would not miss a spa reservation. We loved Costa Rica and would definitely stay here again! Recommended activities - Tamarindo Beach, Playa Conchal, Monteverde, Diamante Adventure Center for ziplining. Favorite restaurants- Ginger (in Playa Hermosa), Villa Italia. We also enjoyed Johann Bistro (breakfast, lunch and coffee) , Le Coq (casual Lebanese food), and the little restaurant in the Pacifico complex for a great breakfast (cannot remember the name).

It couldn't have been better
The property IS luxurious inside and out. There were just two of us in a 2-bedroom on the ground level. Once you opened the window coverings you were viewing palm trees, the very nice pool lounges and the wonderful winding pool which goes throughout the property. The beds were great & the furnishings very nice. Dave (owner) was "on the spot" to greet us & to respond to our questions albeit the resort, tours or car rental. The entire trip was amazing. We would be blessed to "do it again" and stay here.

Tropical Thanksgiving Paradise!
Still smiling about our 7 nights in Playa del Coco! We had a large group of family & extended family (16 total). This was our unit. It was neat as a pin. So convenient to shopping & the beach as it is prob less than 1/2 mile to the beach. Our morning coffee on the patio was so beautiful. The pools are right outside the door as is the large hot tub. The owner helped arrange for extra transportation for us. We rented golf carts, motorcycles, and a car for the week as we did golf, travel, & explore the countryside and nearby towns and beaches a lot. This condo lacked nothing. The washer & dryer was a nice plus! When we return (not IF), we definitely want to stay here AGAIN! Highly recommend it!

Wonderful!
From the first moment to the last, the whole experience was perfect. You really cannot find a better located property with it's own "two steps" access to the best collection of swimming pools we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. The property is even better than the photographs convey. Your every possible need has been anticipated. The kitchen has every convenience (if that's what you want) and the resort has restaurants for everyone. It was great to roll out of bed to the splendour of the tropical gardens and enjoy our own breakfasts on the terrace. It was also a luxury to enjoy the excellent food served to your table by the attentive staff of the poolside bar. The month of May, for us, was great timing as the Pacifico complex was quieter but we still had the beautiful Costa Rican sunshine and tropical heat. We really good go on and on and run out of superlatives! Thanks Dave for taking our booking and truly providing the ingredients for a holiday to remember. Great Stay in CR.
Stayed for a week in this condo. Direct access to the pool. About a 20 minute walk to the Beach Club or shuttle is available. 5 minute walk to town. Condo was clean. Grocery store right at entrance to Pacifico. Could use a few more beach towels and maybe some more towel hooks in the bathrooms. Could use a map of downtown Coco (although it's not large) but some restaurants are off the beaten path. But these are very minor things and certainly didn't change our opinion of the place. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit to anybody.

YowZA!
My husband and I have travelled to many different resorts in the Carribean and to a few different rentals in Playa del Coco in Costa Rica.. and this property has by FAR been the best. You won't be disappointed. This ground floor condo is 6 steps from the pool.. this is unusual as the other properties require you to walk out the backdoor and around the building to get to the pool. FANTASTIC option. Everything was clean, lots of kitchen tools etc, the beds were amazingly comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers. One thing to note is that this complex is VERY quiet... not sure if it was the time of year we were there or if this is always the case. Everyone was super helpful... definately use Kelsey to set you up with excursions. She knows the best places to visit. All the restaurants are awesome.. my fav was Milane's. We will be coming back soon!

Perfect Place
By far the best place I have stayed in at Playa El Coco, the apartment is great and what you see is what you get. Not only a wonderful place but also the best owner I have ever dealt with, excellent person, very professional and attentive. I would recommend this property 100%.
