"We had a great stay at this lovely property. The terrace is amazing; we spent hours relaxing by the pool, we didn’t want to leave! Even in December the pool temperature was fine. The property has lovely furnishings, it’s clean, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The bed is also comfortable and we slept well. Ursula has thought of everything and you can tell she takes pride in ensuring her guests are happy. We were grateful for the welcome pack of wine, water and chocolates....

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus und Pool waren super eine Spülmaschiene und Backofen wäre bei der Anzahl der Personen schon sehr sinnvoll aber geht auch ohne. Der Service und Kontakt war sehr super. Alles bestens das Haus liegt zwar etwas abseits jedoch nicht in einer Turisten Region. Ein Supermarkt und Restaurants sind jedoch fussläufig erreichbar. Und mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall ein rundum schöner Urlaub gerne wieder."

At first I want to explain that Valsequillo is, I think, the coldest place in gran canaria. If in Puerto Rico is 26 degrees, in Valsequillo is 14. But weather is not a problem. House is very cold. "Beautiful location with views from the terrace to soak in all day long, when you aren't soaking in the pool. We like our pools to be bath hot, and it was a couple of degrees off for us but others might prefer that. Big table with chairs, brick built barbecues, and 4 sun loungers - plus a fridge; what more could you want? Inside less comfortable. Small kitchen table, 2 bench-like sofas nowhere useful, you are pretty much confined to bed if you want to relax indoors. No dishwasher, no problem! No...

"Lovely, stylish old house, just right size for a couple. Kitchen is small but equipped well enough for cooking, shower is great, terrace is great for eating and sunbathing, and it even has a washing machine. Track to the house is a bit of a drive, so allow bit of extra time to go out. Only thing I'd suggest adding are some wine glasses and a cork screw! oh and another dinner plate. Would book again :)"
