We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, web surfing, conversing and working. Positioned in the heart of downtown, walkable to downtown or the Saratoga Race Course, this location, easily accessible to the best Saratoga has to offer, can’t be beat.

LAYOUT:
Just down the sidewalk from the parking lot finds you up a few steps to a private entry on the right side of a large shared front porch. Right in the entry way drops you into the kitchen. Through the kitchen is a wide hallway with open shelving great for dropping purse, keys, pocket contents and a large closet great for shoes and coats. At the front end of the hall is a living/dining space with plentiful seating and wow factor windows and window treatments. At the back end of the hall are the two bedrooms/office space and the master bath.
BEDROOMS:
For sleeping there are two bedrooms. A spacious master is complete with a four poster King bed, arm chair, large bright walk in closet and a gorgeous full length stylish mirror to make getting ready a breeze. A smaller bedroom comfortably fits a Twin day bed and a desk right by two windows, perfect for work days. Each bed is outfitted with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a round dining table complete with place settings in the shared living/dining area. The kitchen is stocked with plentiful bakeware and cookware as well as a shared outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.
BATHROOM:
For bathing there is a beautiful newly renovated subway tile surround full tub/shower bath stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens. **Note: there is 1 bathroom and it is accessible via the Master bedroom.**
LAUNDRY:
Property shared coin laundry room available for use during your stay.
RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with 3 Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.
OUTDOORS:
For outdoor enjoyment there is a furnished front porch for relaxing and a grill off the back porch for use in our shared outdoor space.
Guest Access:
This is a multi unit property. You have a private secure smart lock entry accessible through the front porch right side entry door. The entire unit is yours and in no way accessible to any other building occupants.

This property is ideally positioned between a quiet neighborhood on the backside and the invigorating bustle of Saratoga from the front. Mere blocks of easy walking to either Saratoga’s race course or downtown Broadway’s shopping, dining, parks and nightlife.
