Spacious home, very comfortable, cozy, clean, and close to town. Hot tub and fire pit worked great. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay so we drove to town but could have easily walked the 1 mile. Appreciated the hot chocolate/coffee, detergent, and toiletries.

A Great Place
The home was just as described on VRBO. The home is adorable and cozy. We were six adults and we had plenty of space to prepare meals and sit and chat. The yard is perfect and the hot tub is a plus. The Spring Run trail is in walking distance to the house and you can use the trail to walk into town, albeit it is a long walk. Lindsay, the Property Manager was very responsive. A wonderful home to rent while exploring Saratoga Springs.

Great Family Getaway
First time in Saratoga Springs with my family, and this place was perfect! About a mile and a quarter from downtown that we felt comfortable walking to and from. Beautiful backyard and home with plenty of space for everyone. This home is equipped with so many amenities, and you can really tell that the hosts intentionally put in a lot of thought to make it an enjoyable stay.

Saratoga Stay
We were in Saratoga for my son's wedding. The property was spacious and we had everything we needed. The groomsmen enjoyed relaxing in the backyard prior to the wedding, and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after the rehearsal dinner. Lindsay was quick to respond via text and email whenever we had a question. The location was perfect; very close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect example of why corporate ownership of rental properties sucks
Staying at this VRBO perfectly encapsulated why corporate ownership of rental properties is a net negative for visitors. After making the VRBO reservation, the landlord circulated circulated a completely different messaging platform that was wholly separate from VRBO, making the process of contacting the landlord infinitely more difficult. In my opinion, renters booking through VRBO have a fairly reasonable expectation of being able to communicate with the landlord through the VRBO app. Use of this alternative messaging platform interfered with our use of the keypad to enter and exit the property, and at some point our designated key code abruptly changed. In addition, the house is very strangely set-up. Although there are two bedrooms upstairs, entry to the bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms. The fire pit was also wholly underwhelming. All said, negative overall experience at this location.

Fantastic Stay!
We loved our stay in Saratoga. The house is perfect. Well equipped with all the basics and everything you need for a welcoming stay. the back yard is beautiful with plenty of relaxing seating and very private. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Stay!
We had such an amazing time at this house. First of all it was beautiful and was well stocked with everything. We were able to walk into town and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the backyard. Would highly recommend this house and would want to rent again!
