Positive experience from beginning to end. Host very friendly and great communication. Would stay again and recommend to all friends and family. Short walk to main part of town. Birthday dinner at Olde Bryan Inn was delicious. Short drive to the Casino. Walked to Druthers Brewery and Whitman Brewing Company.

Extended Wedding Weekend
Jesse & Cathy couldn’t have been nicer hosts. The house was exactly what we needed for our family to stay in the area for our daughter’s wedding. The open floor plan worked our great for the girls in the wedding party to get ready morning of the event. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The kitchen was HUGE. Also great having the 3 parking spots.

Skidmore reunion girlfriends getaway!
The beautiful home and gracious hospitality of our wonderful hosts made our college reunion even more special and memorable! The short walk to Broadway, the spacious and comfortable back yard, the fantastic interior with a sprawling kitchen, great family room, beautifully decorated bedrooms and modern bathrooms were all ideal for our gathering and enabled our friend group to reconnect, relax, enjoy and celebrate. The hardwood floors, exposed brick, and original wood beams are an added bonus. I have only the highest praise for this home and the hosts and look forward to staying there again!

Perfect in every way...
This is a classic tale of never judging a book by its cover. While the outside of this house is nondescript, the inside has been completely renovated and is beautiful as well as comfortable. Our hosts could not have been more communicative, meeting us upon arrival to explain how things worked (lighting, security, washer/dryer et al). Even in this time of such great uncertainty with the pandemic, Jesse and Cathy assured us the house had not been in use for days prior to our arrival and every surface and corner was spotless. What also stands out is the home's location, just a short (less than a minute) walk to a great coffee shop and a mini Pricechopper and just a couple of blocks from Saratoga's exceptionally vibrant shopping district on Broadway. The yard is flat and fenced and just the right size for our Black lab and our toy terrier. We even used the fire pit one night when the weather cleared after Thanksgiving. All in all, I would recommend this rental and hope to return when we can be out and about downtown without masks. A note for runners (both of our adult daughters did miles while there): there are several great routes and the parks in Saratoga are worth either a run or a walk (my speed) at any time of the year.

Great house in a great location
My friends and I were in town for a wedding in downtown Saratoga Springs and this house was the perfect place. Walking distance to downtown and a great house for groups. The owners were very communicative and made sure our stay was great!

Spectacular Stay
We were in Saratoga Springs for a family wedding and this home was the perfect spot for our family to stay. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable for everyone. Perfect family getaway for the holidays!
Jesse and Cathy provided an experience and home away from home during Christmas that met, and in many ways, exceeded our expectations. Recently renovated with high-end appliances and beautiful furnishings, this home was perfect for preparing holiday meals and hosting family. A brand new, oversized kitchen and ample dining area is adjacent to a large and comfortable family room, all of which creates the feeling of an open-space, modern farmhouse. Each of the bed and bathrooms were also brand new, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. A huge modern laundry room with drying racks and folding tables, made staying on top of laundry a breeze. The short walk into the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable aspects of this home, especially for teenagers who love to explore. Finally, the hospitality and attentiveness offered by the hosts sealed the deal as one of our favorites.

Great House
We stayed with a group of 4 couples for a friend's wedding in Saratoga. The house was terrific, including a beautiful kitchen great for groups. The house was well within walking distance (~10 mins) of all bars and events that were downtown. Parking was easy and the locks on the house were intuitive. Overall great house and would recommend it to anyone looking to experience downtown saratoga for any reason.

Amazing Home
I can only say If you plan on staying in Saratoga and need to rent a home rent this one. This home has it all. Its spacious, comfortable and has the most amazing kitchen I've ever been in. It's also an 8 minute walk to broadway and downtown Saratoga. Lastly Jesse is your host. He meets you and explains everything you need to know and is willing to take care of all your needs. We didn't meet his wife Cathy but I'm she is the same.

This property was perfect for our weekend In Saratoga with friends. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The open floor plan was beautiful. It’s only a 5 min walk to downtown. Jesse and Cathy kept an open line of communication with us the entire time, any questions we had were quickly answered. They also had suggestions as to where to go and what to do in Saratoga. Looking forward to renting this property for years to come!

Great decor and location
The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The location is perfect - quiet neighborhood yet just a 5- minute walk to the center of town. The living room has a large sectional sofa facing a very large smart TV. The beds are comfy. The spacious kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated and attractive with cool electronic features. There is a firepit with outdoor furniture in the backyard. A suggestion, because of Covid, would be to arrange contact-free check-in though it might be a plus, under "normal" circumstances, for host and guests to meet and greet each other face to face.

Long weekend in Saratoga Spring with Friends
LOVED IT!!!!! Others have mentioned this in the reviews, but the pictures REALLY don't do the property justice. Unassuming from the outside, but beautiful on the inside. The place is huge and very comfortable in the public areas (kitchen, dining and living rooms) and the bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. Jesse was very responsive with information about the house and the area. We would 100% stay at this location again.
