Perfect girls weekend!
The house was exactly what we needed for a fun girls weekend! The property is huge and we enjoyed using each of the spaces throughout our stay. Enjoyed it so much we look forward to planning another - next time with our husbands!

Awesome Visit
We have been visiting the Saratoga area for 11 years now. We lost the normal house we stayed in and ventured to here. Tim was first class all the way. Beautiful home, pool and property. 15 minutes to downtown, the track, golf and more! Would recommend to others!

Thank you so much to our hosts! We had a great stay - only minutes from the spa, racetrack and downtown restaurants & golf! The kids loved the game room & we were in the pool daily! Plenty of space for 3 families sharing!

Beautiful! 2 suggestions. A copy of the shower instructions upstairs and directions for the coffee maker! Our biggest laughs came when four of us members of the "Mr. Coffee" generation were half asleep and trying to figure it out! We did though and had a great time.

4th of July fun

Sweet Home Saratoga Stay
The process of working with Tim from start to finish was great. As a host was a great communicator and the house was perfect place for our families to spend time during vacation. Close to everything you need but far enough away to be quiet getaway at night. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, and well thought out game room for the kids in basement.

Cousins Get Together
Saratoga Springs is a halfway meeting point for our family. We were 4 couples, all cousins, looking for a relaxing get away to spend some quality time together. The house was lovely and we could not have been more comfortable. Everyone slept great, the game room was a lot of fun and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely book this house again.

We loved the house! It was so nice and clean and the property was beautiful! The best part was the game room downstairs. We had so much fun with the ping pong, air hockey and the other games. The house was as described! Extremely clean and Tim was amazing! He constantly checked in on us to make sure that everything was going well. He also responded to questions promptly as well! Fortunately, the weather was hot and we got to use the pool, the hot tub, and the grill! The neighboring houses were far enough that you can’t hear them nor can they hear you.

My family and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the Saratoga Springs area and would love to come back. As a frequent traveler and a long time host on vrbo our family wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This property offers the opportunity to enjoy a nice family game night and in the summer months a beautiful a d peaceful pool area. Tim was quick with responses and answering all our questions, which made it a smooth trip for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a wonderful family dinner with plenty of dishes to serve our party of 10. Don't hesitate to book this property it was a great experience and we would do it all over again!!

Wonderful Winter Getaway!
This house was just so great--it was super comfortable, well appointed and in a great location! What else can you ask for??The beds were very comfortable. Our group was 6 teens and 3 adults. We had a great time in the big downstairs playroom and we used the hot tub every day. It is set up well. We are clean people with a non- shedding, well trained pup, it was so nice to stay at a house that allowed us to bring our small dog but didn't feel like dog had ever been there before it was so well cared for. Felt like home for 3 nights! The layout worked well for two families. The location is convenient to skiing and tubing at West Mountain, downtown shopping in Saratoga, the many many area restaurants and breweries. So much to do, we ran out of time. Saratoga is a year round destination. Thank you again, we will be back!

Great family gathering place
We rented this house to have enough room for our family for our son’s graduation from Skidmore College. The house was perfect! It was beautifully (newly) furnished, fresh, clean and very well thought out, with everything we could need. We loved the private setting and enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub! We drank coffee in the am and wine in the evenings on the patio, which was very relaxing in the tranquil environment. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to have a wonderful celebratory dinner even including cloth napkins! The beds were fresh, clean and comfortable and we had plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The drive into town was 10-15 minutes but worth it to us to enjoy downtown and then get away from it all to enjoy the comfort of a beautiful home that allowed us to all be together with plenty of room! Tim was very responsive and proactive! We would definitely stay at the house again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Saratoga springs for three delightful days, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt right at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The photos provided on the listing do not do justice to its true beauty. The interior design is tasteful, modern, and impeccably clean. Every room is thoughtfully decorated and exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch especially the hot tub and the game -room . The kitchen was fully equipped , allowing me to prepare my own meals effortlessly. The cozy living room was furnished and a large flat-screen TV. The comfortable bed in the bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The host was exceptional in every way. He was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From providing detailed instructions for check-in , their hospitality was outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.I will definitely book this property again.

Fabulous 50th birthday
We came with 8 adults and had a great time in Saratoga Springs. We had plenty of space and plenty to do in this great house. The game room was comfortable and huge, kitchen was well appointed. We especially liked the built in keurig into the bottled water machine! We had a fantastic dinner at Mouzon House on Sunday night and a fun 5 mile hike in the rain at Saratoga Spa State Park. Overall, wonderful weekend, thank you!

Even better than expected
The house was beautiful and very private, while being very close to the main roads and attractions of Saratoga Springs. The owners were incredibly friendly. Also very easy to get a hold of and friendly when I called with a question because I didn’t read the email or text that they sent me with the instructions for the keypad. I highly recommend this house and these hosts.

We chose Tim's home for our family get together in Saratoga. Tim's home is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. He was so easy to contact when we had questions and fast to respond. The rooms are spacious and the game room was so much fun. The pool was great to cool off and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!
