Lots of character in a nice neighborhood. It was nice to enjoy the beautiful outdoor plants, pool and outdoor lights. Great to be close to the downtown area and beaches.

Perfect place
It is in a nice neighbourhood not far of the beach, shops, restaurants and attractions. The house is tiny but perfect for 2 persons. Cupboards are a little bit messy. Too much stuff of former tennants. Garden is fabulous with lot of space and clear water in the swimming pool.

Perfect Little Paradise!
My stay was fantastic! The location was safe, centrally located to Florida's best beaches and attractions! The home I stayed in was so charming. The gardens were so beautiful! The pool was so elegant I felt like I was floating on clouds and in reality it was an inflatable shark pool toy. The staff was incredibly helpful and they called to let you know about any routine maintenance going on. Will plan on coming next year and will recommend to my friends as well!

Tropical Oasis
Our stay was like a tropical vacation all on its own! Lush landscaping, well appointed furnishings, crystal clear pool, quiet peaceful outdoor patio spaces. It is a truly lovely and convenient studio space with everything needed to make morning coffee or light lunches. Our host even has an outdoor grill ready to use for anyone who would like stay in for dinner. We highly recommend this little Casita Bougainvillea .

Sarasota cottage
Very nice property owner. He heated the pool to 84 degrees for us. The cottage is small. Our fault we should have read the description better. Very noisy because of the bar behind the cottage. Bathroom has a sliding pocket door which is right at the head of the bed. This cottage would be perfect for a single person. A toaster would also be a nice addition.

Paradise getaway
The property is in a great neighborhood and has several beautiful blooming gardens and friendly gekkos in the ordoor space. The pool is well maintained and mesmerizing. I admittedly came back early from outings and the some of Florida's best beaches just to float in the pool! The home is small but very efficient. You have access to an outdoor grill, if you want to dine in or dine out with a variety of good restaurants nearby! I also highly recommend taking a daily morning brisk walk to Jack's Donuts. The owner makes great donuts and often sells out (he also has a cool car!) After my stay, I felt peaceful and well-rested. It was one of my most favorite vacations and I highly recommend this location if your, mind, body and soul needs a break!

Okay place, just not what we expected..
We booked to stay at the casita for a week, property is cute & pool is nice. Although the casita was much smaller than we thought it would be & the kitchen is very tiny. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working and wouldn’t be fixed until the day before we left. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend staying here for a week long visit (just not practical) We ended up leaving after just three nights and had to find another place to stay because we had no Wi-Fi and my boyfriend needed it for work. Also would like to mention that the beach that is less than a mile away is not really a beach, more like just a waterfront area with one bench. Felt like them advertising it as close to a beach is deceiving. Overall I think the place could use some upgrades.

Traveling from Netherlands we arrived late in the evening. Stu the owner greeted us with super hospitality and even refreshing coctails! The villa is perfect for a couple. Romantic getaway
The Cesita is charming. A wonderful place for a couple on a honeymoon or just romantic getaway. Owners are charming and lovely to chat with. My friend and I would love to return some day. I will suggest it to many. Thanks for a memorable weekend.

Clean, nice, OK location. Could use touch Ups and normal amenities
Fine space for a couple with a couple kids at most on pull out couch bed. Nice and clean and pool and patio is a great touch. But lack of normal amenities like hot water in kitchenette, soap, shampoo, etc. would keep it off our list in future. Hot water is a VERY small tank unit under bath sink, so expect very short or very cold showers. Property itself is really pretty and well kept, but location is not great. It butts up to a parking lot of a 2am bar immediately behind the casita. We had some issues with very loud noise in the middle of the night. Downtown is not walkable but Indian Beach should be.

I can not say enough positive words about this location, the host and the beautiful landscaping. Forget hotels rooms, this place is ideally situated nearby the airport, museums, downtown, lido beach…everything you want to see in Sarasota is in close proximity. Great location
Great stay in Sarasota. The kitchen area is small so don’t expect to be cooking meals. The gardens and pool are beautiful and secluded feeling. To cold to swim in January though. The owner lives in the big house and greeted us on arrival which was a real nice touch. Location was excellent and close to the airport and many places to eat a short drive away.
