Sorry no pet and no smoking suite. May be reserved for 2 nights minimum, longer stays more the seven nights rentals and rates can be discussed. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $50. Free Wi-Fi throughout our hotel keeps you connected, and our gym makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. We also feature guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking. After a restful sleep, wake up with our breakfast or a morning swim in our outdoor pool. Boat docks are also available use the Ramada app. No need to worry about bringing your toiletries, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or a fresh bar of soap and body scrubby for that fresh spa like feeling. Hmm, what about the laundry? Well not to worry, it is just across the resort in the north building. There is two (connect with App) electric vehicle charging station stations. Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
