Lovely place.
While waiting to close on our new home, we stayed at Bliss Estates. We found the studio apartment to be very nice. It was close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and most everything you need was supplied. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend Bliis Estates.

Peaceful Retreat
The property was perfect for our short stay. Z was a great host, helpful with a restaurant recommendation and even called to make sure could have our dog on the patio. The unit was very clean with everything we needed. Very close to the Legacy Trail for biking.

Great location
Location is the selling point. Not really a three bedroom as one of the masters is a loft over the family area. It would have been nice if there was information given such as that there is a bus stop to town across the street. TV is tiny which made watching sports with the boys touch. But again locationnlocation location.

Xmas Bliss
This is our 2nd stay with Z for Xmas. As our family lives within 4 minutes. This property is perfect. Z is a delight, she hosted a Xmas evening open house that she invited all guest to. We look forward to many more stays at her Bliss Estates. She gets bonus points for welcoming our 2 pups. Nice furnishings & textiles, clean & spacious room & property.

Love this place!
Wow, amazing location, very peaceful, very clean! The outdoor area is perfect. This property is by far the favorite I’ve stayed at. It’s quiet, lots of space!! It’s important to me to have a kitchen so I can cook as I have food allergies and that can sometimes be tough. This property is absolutely worth every penny!! I can’t say enough how much I loved the hosts, they took care of me, anything I needed they helped with!!! Highly, highly recommend!!! This place is absolutely amazing!!!

Pride in ownership absolute immaculate home made us feel part of the community
From the time that we checked in until the time that we checked out we felt like we were part of their family and they literally told us as soon as we got there “Mi Casa su casa” Zlata and Alex communicated effectively and were always there when we needed something. Our dogs were free to roam just like us and they made us and our dogs feel comfortable. This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time and we’ve actually made new friends Thank you Zlata and Alex We will see you soon… Great people

Visiting Son & Family in Sarasota
We were met by the hostess upon arrival and shown where to park and the entrance. She was very friendly and offered to be available if anything came up. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area sufficed our needs. We did not use the hotplate to cook since most meals were with our family. We did use the microwave and refrigerator which were clean and operating. It was nice to be able to use the small computer desk. The bathroom was spacious enough and storage for our personal items while we were there. The home appeared to have multiple tenants or renters and it was not uncommon to hear voices on the other side of walls and upstairs.
