Better looking and more comfortable even than the description and photos. Quiet, comfortable, and with hosts that genuinely care about you and your stay. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Rich and Denise were great-- responsive and welcoming. The place was clean and well-stocked with supplies. The neighborhood was good for walking. The lighting could be improved in the dining area and bedroom.

Had a great time on our vacation. Property was in a convenient location and had everything we needed for our stay. Safe neighborhood to walk around and let kids go out on their own. Host were super friendly and were available anytime we had a question.

Perfect for the weekend
My daughter and I were down for a tournament and this place was perfect. Centrally located for our games and not far from the water when time allowed. The place was immaculate and the hosts were extremely friendly. Communication was great and the check in and out were seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Another Enjoyable Stay
This is our second time here. Apartment well stocked, great location and nice neighborhood with good parking. King bed is very comfortable. Hosts go the extra mile providing snacks and beverage upon arrival and quick to respond to needs. Power went out and Rich was right there with a flashlight.

Sarasota Spring Training Baseball
This rental was clean, well stocked and in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the Gulf Coast and also within 15 minutes of the Pirates and Orioles spring training facilities. The owners Rich and Denise were super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent here again.

Excellent From Start to Finish
Loved this rental. The location was excellent, so close to the airport, the beach, stores and restaurants. The property was spotless and so very warm and inviting. And the property owners, Rich and Denise, were very respectful of our privacy and highly responsive whenever we needed anything. We plan more trips to the Sarasota area and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend 👍😎🌴

Amazing!
We could not have asked for better hosts! Rich and Denise made us feel like we were right at home from the second we met them! The apartment was immaculate and they provided everything we needed for our stay as far as soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap etc... The pool was beautiful, perfect location! We will definitely be booking with them in the near future!

A little piece of paradise
This rental property was everything and more than what we expected! It has the comfort of being at home with everything we needed. I can honestly say it was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed in for vacation and the location was perfect for easy access to the beaches, shopping and many other activities. The owner's were top notch and very hospitable. My husband and I were more than pleased and so happy to experience that little piece of paradise!

We had an excellent experience with this VRBO Rental. Our Hosts made it feel so special for our Anniversary with some extra touches when we got there. They were very sweets and available for what ever we needed. The apartment was stalked with everything we needed and more. We highly recommend Renting from Rich and Denise.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment. Felt like home in this lovely quiet neighborhood, which despite being quiet is in a great location close to everything you need. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the pool area and having a private pool all to ourselves. We loved the nice & welcoming touch of crackers, cheese and sparkling grape juice and pods for the coffee machine. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a large desk which is great for anyone needing to do a bit of work on the laptop while there, or just to use for storage. Plenty of books to read as well, no need to bring your own. The hosts Rich and Denise are lovely and helpful with anything you need. Highly recommend this rental and would stay again.

Perfect location, location, location!
This is the perfect location for us. It’s near a great family grocery store, golf courses, disc golf courses, bike trail, church and all the beaches you want to visit. Near to us means drivable within15 minutes (minus traffic of course….which is a way of life in Florida). There are also many, many shops, restaurants and the typical well-known places like Wal-Mart, BJs, etc….and even an upscale mall that’s packed! It’s also 10 minutes from the Sarasota-Bradenton airport! The home is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of huge yards. The hosts were great, friendly and cordial.

Fabulous accommodations!
We could not have asked for a better place to stay for two months while we were waiting for our house to be built. The hosts (Denise & Rich) are more than accommodating. Well stocked kitchen with everything I needed to cook with and a beautiful and peaceful lanai & pool. The hosts certainly gave us our privacy, and were more than generous with the extras. Thank you so much. * Also- if you need a realtor, Denise an excellent one. She helped us find our dream retirement home. 😊

Perfect spot for our family!
We had a great stay! Everything was very clean & was a perfect spot for our family. It looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed during our Spring Break & it was close to our family & the beaches we visited. After spending the day at the beach, it was nice to come back to the quiet neighborhood & relax at the pool. Everything we needed was close by. Hosts were very welcoming & added so many nice touches. We enjoyed the crackers, cheese & sparkling grape juice. When they heard we were heading to Venice Beach & my daughter wanted to find shark teeth, they let us borrow their shovel/sifter. The beach chairs & extra towels were a bonus! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property! If we come back to the area we would definitely stay again!

Expectation Exceeded
My wife, kids and I arrived at this lovely house and immediately met our hosts Rich and Denise. They welcomed us gave us a quick tour of the property where we would stay. They were very nice and friendly. They made us feel right at home. They had all our needs met as far as daily necessities such as kitchen and bathroom supplies. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The beaches we visited were amazing, especially Siesta Key Beach, which had the most amazing white sand. I had never been to a beach like this one. My wife and kids were very happy. They did not want to leave. I highly recommend this home as a place to stay as a safer alternative to a hotel during this dangerous time. They keep the house clean and safe. Thanks again, Rich and Denise. We hope to see you soon.

The very best hosts in VRBO!

Home away from home
This is our new favorite place to stay in Sarasota :) We've been regular visitors for 35 years and most often stayed at the beach but we love the peace and quiet of this neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need and is truly a home away from home. The hosts Rich and Denise are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Top marks for everything.

We love this place
We have stayed here multiple times. It has been excellent every time. The unit is actually much nicer than the pictures would indicate. It’s a quiet neighborhood and not by the beach or action, but it suits our needs perfectly. The pool is wonderful.
