This four-bedroom house has bed space for eight guests Newly renovated brand new white open concept kitchen, marble style quartz counters, modern square sink, big island(4 stools)new vanities in both bathrooms with stone counter tops. Home has a private pool and a list of extras that includes high-speed Internet, HDTVS with Netflix and YoutubeTV. Sarasota pool house is big on style, with big comfortable sectional sofa, 3 flat screen TVs a leisurely screened in pool area for privacy, and private backyard for you (and fully fenced in for your dog)The neighborhood also has a mini bay beach (Indian Beach)marked running path along the bay for exercise enthusiasts.

It has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 persons comfortably. The primary bedroom and big bed room have king sized beds, the other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen sized and full-sized beds and the The entire house was freshly painted in creamy neutral, new front door and all new blinds on the windows (fall 2023)We also provide cable and wi-fi service. The screened in pool area has a newer patio table (seats six) and grill; a perfect area for your morning coffee, evening drink, an outside meal or just lounging by the pool.
The 11,000 sq ft. property is entirely fenced in and in a quiet, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. It is just a 5-minute drive from downtown Sarasota, the beautiful St. Armand’s Circle, and Lido Beach. The property is also a short 15-minute drive to the world-renowned Siesta Key beach with its white quartz sand.

Great pool and location!
Very comfortable house for a few couples to stay. Never felt we were on top of one another. The location was great, walkable to a small park on the bay and to Starbucks. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. The location also provided easy access to downtown. Host was responsive.

My family and I enjoyed the location, the home, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will be back again! It was clean and stocked with necessitates such as bath towels and first samples of laundry, dish detergent, and soap. Close to grocery stores and beaches!!! Great place to stay with a family!

Wonderful getaway
We had an amazing time staying in Sarasota. This home slept my entire family and the kids loved playing in the pool. The owners did an excellent job of accommodating us and communicating with us. We would recommend staying here.

Nice week in Sarasota
We really enjoyed our time in this house. Great location, We loved the the covered patio and our doggie loved the yard. Loved walking to the bay at sunset. Sarasota is a great city to explore, the neighborhood was interesting, and Elicia the owner was very attentive. We’ll be back

Very convenient
We had a very relaxing stay for 3 weeks. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a morning walk. Great location for beaches and downtown attractions. Hope we will be returning soon.

Family Vacation
This was a great place for our family's visit to Sarasota. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, peaceful backyard pool, and easy drive to the beaches. There were some towels, beach chairs, etc available. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to some great restaurants and area attractions. Would plan to visit again.

The house was great! Wonderful location (the Starbucks right there was a treat) close to all activities in Sarasota and the airport The pool was fun and so clean! The owner left great recommendations for lunch and dinner and nearby activity that we enjoyed! The pictures are accurate of the house.

Great family vacation house!
This was overall a great stay! Very nice owner, made sure we checked in and settled in ok. House was very clean and has that warm welcome touch. Pool area is really clean, love that it is screened in. Private back yard was just the right size for my 2 pups. Close to Lido Key Beach, St Armands square- just a very short drive away. Has some hidden gems small restaurants close by to eat. I would definitely book and stay here again.

Great Time!!
We had a great time with our family and the pool was a big hit with our grandkids. It was great having multiple public beaches to choose from with Coquina and Lido being our favorites. The owners were very helpful and easy to reach. A great time was had by all. Thanks for the memories.

Wonderful Vacation
We loved our time at the 4 Bed Pool House! It was very clean and had everything we needed! There were extra pillows, blankets, and beach towels. The location was great - close to the beach, restaurants, museums, and shopping! The house was very nice - the bedrooms were large and spacious! The pool was perfect - clean and refreshing just steps out the door. Our fur babies had a great time and we never had to worry about them at all. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to see you next year!

Great location
My husband and I just left this home today. It was a perfect locale for us as we have a relative close by. It was very conveniently located, close to everything without actually being in the city. Overall a decent place to stay, and we would certainly rent again! If we were to come back it would be great to see the back slider replaced as it is old and very difficult to open and close.

A relaxing hideaway
This property made a great getaway! It has crisp, cool air conditioning for those hot days. A private pool out back provides and relaxing oasis. It was conveniently located to all the beaches we went to including Nokomis, Siesta Key, Coquina, and AMI. It is a short drive to SRQ airport, restaurants, shops, museums, and grocery stores. Also, it is a two minute walk from both Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks for that early morning fuel. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the owners answered questions and requests. I would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed our work trip here and will definitely be back each year! Nice spot within walking distance of the harbor and very close drive to everything in Sarasota. Nice appliances and kitchen elements. Many of the v rbos have two spoons and one pan, this is clearly either a home or filled out like one for those of us who like to cook our own meals and not just eat out every night. Really good manager communication and ability to step in with any concern or questions.

Graduation oasis
We just spent a week at this house for our son's graduation across the street at Ringling College of Art and Design. We had plenty of room, house was very well stocked and the lanai with the huge pool was such a delight, day and night. We were close to everything we wanted to do that week, easy to hop on 41 to go everywhere. Elicia, the owner, is the best! We communicated as needed and she was always looking to go above and beyond when you asked for something! Thanks for a memorable week. Hope to return to SRQ as often as we can.

Very nice house. Big enough for my family and very close to Highway for easy access to local places. The only negative was capillary made their way inside frequently but it wasn’t a big deal. The owner is amazing and she will give you all the local hot spots of you just ask. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

A Dream Come True
Words cannot truly express the joy of staying at this property. The property and home are beautiful. The owner Elicia was so helpful the week leading up to our trip and even once we arrived. She recommended several places to eat and visit on our trip. She was so knowledgeable of the area and attractions. She made our satisfaction a priority and we could couldn’t ask for more. The pool was a big hit with our little one and the fenced in area was great for our doggies. We felt safe the whole time and we were a short distance from restaurants and grocery stores. For this being our first time every Florida it was a dream come true. We are so glad that we have found this beautiful home as we will be returning for sure. Thank you Elicia for everything.
