Step inside this quaint Florida home, spread out and settle into your Sarasota vacation! Throughout the house, large windows display the lush garden and massive live Oak in the front yard, while tasteful decorations and colorful walls add pizazz to the interior.
Plush couches invite you to unwind in the spacious living area. After a day on the beach, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or read the novel you've always meant to start. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee in the warmth of natural light.
Outside, a 1,300-square-foot lanai with a 23x15-foot pool awaits you and your travel companions. Take a refreshing dip in the cool water before lounging under the sun in the protection of the covered patio. We all enjoyed our stay. Easy check in check out. Loved the very comfortable sofas, and plenty of space for everyone. Good location to beach and downtown Sarasota. Liked the pool, but water was too cold to swim comfortably. Hot tub would be a great addition!

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is has so many amenities including all you need to prepare meals and dine in. The backyard with a HUGE patio area, pool and pool cage became the go to daytime living quarters. I highly recommended this place and would stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area.

Fantastic House
This house had anything and everything you could possibly need! The house was exceptionally maintained and so clean! Everything worked as it should. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels. The pool was clean and we had a blast. Evelyn checked in with us to make sure everything was OK.

My wife and I stayed in this home for about a week with our two sons, who were delighted to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect for us (near my mother), and the house has a great pool. The property owner was very clear, helpful, and responsive, and I would certainly recommend this home to others.

Wonderful for kids!
We enjoyed our week of family vacation immensely! I've been to alot of rentals before, and the cleanliness level is usually a bit mediocre; esp when they allow pets. This place was so clean!! Also they have everything you need for kids, down to the beach wagon; we felt seen and loved with all the details! Will definitely look into renting this house again!

House was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the house was large enough for everyone to spread out and the pool was incredible. The outside space was our favorite and where we all hung out the most. Communication with the owner & Property manager could not have been any smoother and they made sure that every question was answered and both went above and beyond in making sure our stay was perfect. Very clean, great pool/lanai area, my dogs loved the backyard with all the critters… kept my terrier mix busy for hours. Super communication.. had a couple minor issues and they were handled super fast. Kitchen is small and very basic ..did have to get a few things asi was there a month ..beds are fine.. very easy access to just about everywhere .. felt very safe in the neighborhood.. washer/dryer a plus Would return just to live in the pool and outside

Winter respite
We had an enjoyable, restful week in Sarasota Springs. The weather was perfect for sunning by the solar heated pool. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths afforded us plenty of space and comfort at the end of our day. The house is well equipped, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, the house is just minutes away from some very good restaurants! The Legacy Trail is nearby if you want to bicycle the area. The property manager, Sally, helped us figure out the tv and we were set to go! Thank you to Evelyn for sharing her lovely home!

The property was very dated a few updates to the bathrooms but no bed frame on one bed and televisions did not work properly the pool was very cold needed to be turned up barely used it furniture was old and worn would not stay again for the cost
