Situated on the shore of Lake Flower, this house offers beautiful lake and mountain views. Located in a lovely neighborhood on a local traffic only street, you will feel like you are in your own Adirondack escape. Whether it is summer and you are enjoying the serenity of the lake, taking in the foliage of the fall or enjoying an Adirondack winter wonderland, this house is prefect for your next family vacation.
Rented space consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decks, garage, back yard and dock on Lake Flower. Boathouse is off limits. No smoking, no swimming, no pets.
Bedrooms: Two upstairs bedrooms with full beds, one upstairs bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and pull-out couch.
Baths: Two full baths, one with shower/tub and laundry is attached. Downstairs bath has a walk-in shower with a seat and is attached to the downstairs bedroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with attached dining room and large living space with panoramic lake views. Wifi, board games. Off street parking for four cars and access to one garage bay.
Amenities: This house offers a second story lake-front deck with seating and grill. There is also a first floor deck with access to the yard. In the summer, a canoe and kayaks are available for your use. Enjoy access to the front yard and dock for parking a boat. Bring your own boat or rent one right down the street. The Lake Flower Boat Launch is only 1.1 miles away, making launching a boat easy.
Attractions: A grocery store, restaurants and a liquor store are within .5 miles of the house and easy to walk to. Downtown Saranac Lake is only 1.5 miles away. Walk, drive or ride your bike to see what beautiful downtown Saranac Lake has to offer!
Enjoy activities during all seasons in Saranac Lake and the surrounding area. In the summer, Lake Flower offers access to several lakes including Oseetah and Kiwassa. Or be adventurous and go through the locks to the Saranac Lakes. In the winter you can hit the slopes at Mount Pisgah (3.2 miles away) or Whiteface Mountain (28 miles away) which brags the most vertical terrain on the East coast and is the site of the 1980 Olympics and 2023 FISU World University Games. From the house, it is a short walk to newly renovated Adirondack Rail Trail, perfect for walking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
