Clean house, comfortable bedrooms. Location good. Kitchen tiny but well stocked with cooking necessities. Only complaint was that the cleaning crew was there well after the check in time so we had to wait to fully enter. We’ve chosen to stay here twice already and would again!

Ladies Kayak Get Away
House was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved it’s location - close to Colby Lake, Lake Flower and downtown Saranac Lake. We ate dinner at La Bella Ristorante and it was delicious - and Pizza from Owl’s Nest was excellent (and they delivered it) We would love to come again sometime.

This beautiful home is spacious, full of light, cheery colors, and thoughtful little touches. It’s conveniently located for all our destinations. For those very VERY light sleepers, you do hear traffic - bring your favorite ear plugs to enjoy a perfect stay.

This home is in a great location. It is an exceptional in that it is attactive, clean, comfortable, and everything was provided for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is outstanding as is the decor. They maintain it very well. We appreciated being allowed to have our standard poodles. While we have our own dog beds, food bowls, and more, we think it's amazing that this home even provided some of items for their dog guests. We thank the owners for this wonderful stay in Saranac Lake!

Great Getaway
This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. It's spacious enough to all gather in one room or spread out when needed. We loved the decor and the stockpile of games and activities. The homeowners were incredibly responsive, answering questions and showing up in the morning to shovel and plow the driveway after a snow storm. The home is just a quick walk from a path across Lake Colby where we could snowshoe with the dogs. All in all, it was a great experience.

Great place to stay
This was a wonderful house in Saranac Lake. It is an older house with wonderful charm. I decorated cookies with my niece and nephew because we had the space to do so! (Unlike a hotel room) It was also very pet friendly, though I always make sure my dogs are well-behaved. It was very clean, and easy to keep clean. The owners were friendly and helpful. Just a note: if you have older pets, or pets with spine issues they may have hard time with the stairs. I kept mine in their crates at night downstairs because the stairs were just a bit too steep for my dog who has a spine issue. Other than that, just a wonderful place to stay!

It was OK
Location was something left to be desired. It's right on the road near a busy road and behind an equipment rental company that if you are there during business hours can be noisy. Also, the neighbor decided to play drums for an hour at 9pm one night. The house is nice and recently re-done. If you have a toddler with you, I would suggest bringing a baby gate for the top of the stairs and they are very steep and we didn't have one so we had to block it with a pack & play that was in the hallway closet. Check out was a bit of a long laundry list of things to do and you still got charged a cleaning fee! If someone is coming to clean why should we have to put the trash out in the dumpsters and remove sheets from beds, I've done half the work for you.

Great stay for Hiking getaway
The house and overall experience were great! We were a group of 4 friends in town for some ADK hiking, and the house was perfect- very clean, well stocked, comfy, spacious and a good location. We cooked most dinners there and the kitchen had plenty of amenities! The laundry facilities were a great bonus as it was very wet and snowy for our hikes, so the dryer came in handy.

5-night stay in Saranac Lake
The house is well maintained, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. We did not want for anything. The location was a short distance from the shops and restaurants of Saranac Lake and a convenient location for exploring the region. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer for our 5-night stay. Accessing the property was straightforward, as were the directions for checking out.

Cozy Little Home
This home is cozy and was the perfect location for our quick trip home. Beds are very comfortable, as is the living room furniture. We had our pups with us and there was plenty of room on the property for a quick bathroom break for them. Communication with the owners was fantastic, and they are every bit accommodating. We will be booking this property for any future trips home.
