The LakeHouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath and walk out to impressive 170 feet waterfront within 10 feet. Gorgeous views overlooking Lake Flower and Saw tooth mountain range with water access to 35 miles. Large outdoor area with fire pit, beach and dock. Now with a brand new Adirondack deck.
Walking distance to downtown. 5-10 miles to Lake Placid, ski & high peaks.

Wonderful stay
We had a great time utilizing the Lake House as our home base. We went boating, fishing and swimming and enjoyed many things that the local area had to offer. Communication was great and we plan to return next year!

Relaxing stay at saranac lake
My family and I enjoyed the comforts of home here. The house is cozy and the views of Saranac Lake from the living room windows provide endless entertainment, for even the littlest guest (our 10 month old). We appreciated the hot tub for soaking after climbing a 46er, walking to the local farmers market, paddle boarding and fishing.

Heavenly location!
We had a very nice amd relaxing time there. The house is very beutiful, 4 br was enough for all of us, rooms where clean. Kitchenware were very useful. The outdoor landscape was eye catching. Lake view was mesmerizing. If youre looking for a true relaxtion I'll definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Retreat
This was our second stay at the Lake House. Host is responsive, house is immaculate, quiet neighborhood, best waterfront access and views of entire Lake Flower. My family calls it “ a little slice of heaven “. Have rented for years on Lake George and Hadlock Pond. And this is a superior property and experience to both of those locations. Your only issue will be getting a reservation for the week before Memorial Day - because I will be booking that week again for next year :) Very highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation
This was the perfect family vacation! We met here for our vacation. My son, his wife and their 2 children: my daughter, her husband and infant daughter: and our daughter and her partner. The house was plenty big for everyone. The view was amazing. It truly is a million-dollar view - the best on the lake in our opinion. Amazing View, great home
We had a wedding in Lake Placid and this was a perfect home base that helped make an amazing vacation. We used the paddle boards and kayaks and caught some sizeable Northern Pike in Lake Flower. The grill is large and kitchen is well stocked. Having three bathrooms really helps everyone feel like they have their own space. Missing my morning coffee looking at the glassy lake with mountain backdrop!

We came to this property in Sarnac Lake with a group of friends for a weekend getaway. The property is right on the lake and is beautiful. The views of the lake from the deck, living room, and loft upstairs are great. I only wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the deck and outside area more! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our weekend and the hot tub was simply perfect. The only thing I will say was that it seemed like no one had been at the property for awhile, lots of cobwebs/dust around the house. But honestly that did not deter our weekend one bit. One of the neighbors actually even came over to say hello and give us some info/recommendations for the area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Best Lake House EVER!
We have rented many Lake Houses in the Adirondacks. This house is the BEST and exceeded our expectations. Great view, great location, and great hosts! Wildlife viewing was spectacular. We enjoyed early mornings with the loons as we had coffee on the dock and the mist rose from the lake. Fishing midmorning was a huge success, and the ducks, geese and blue herons joined us for happy hour in the afternoon. Evenings were full of fun and laughter. Plenty of room in the kitchen and great room for all of us. A special THANK YOU to our hosts for allowing us to bring our dog, Mocha. She had a great time too. Do not hesitate- book now :)

Positives 1 Location - love the lake/area, easy/fast to get everywhere 2 Nice jacuzzi - privacy 3 Nice kayaks 4 High-capacity laundry, love them 5 Fast internet 6 Nice supply of shampoo, etc in baths 7 Ample good quality dishware and silverware Negatives 1 House really only 'broom clean', not actually clean for us 2 Mold, from lake humidity and no A/C (we are sensitive to it, most are not): - Average upstairs, bit more on main level, more in lowest level (we only went down there once). Owners are willing and easy to talk to, house is being improved on a regular basis, neighbors are nice and helpful, super location, lots of things to do within 30 minutes, Saranac Lake is a nice strolling town within 10 mins walk. Gorgeous lake view all day/eve.

Perfect location, perfect place!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house on Flower Lake in the Saranac Lake area. As two families of 5, the 10 of us were able to stay very comfortably in this beautiful lake house. The house is not only in the perfect location on the lake (only a short drive/paddle from the town center but on the "quiet" side, away from the busy roads in/out of town), but close to major sites of interest in the Adirondack mountains (15 minutes from Lake Placid, and only about an hour from Lake Champlain, and 2 hours from Lake George and Old Forge.) . The amenities on the property were amazing (2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 4-person hot tub, private dock, fire pit) and we couldn't have wanted for anything more (except maybe more time to spend here!). Looking forward to coming back in the future - Fall must be amazing here!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this home! We so enjoyed the kitchen with large counter to prepare our meals and large country table with plenty of space to fit all of us. The view out the two-story window is breathtaking! The view can also be seen from the upstairs loft area where there is a cozy area for reading. Lake Flower is crystal clear! We enjoyed fishing every day! My son was so amazed at how many species of fish we caught! We also enjoyed the kayaks. There is so much space outside, we had plenty of privacy. We had some cool evenings, and the pellet stove was very easy to use. We needed to supply our own paper products, but not to worry, Aldi's is a short 5-minute drive away. A lovely place to spend a week!

The house was easy to get to and easy to get into. The house was semi clean, there were cobwebs and lady bugs throughout the house. There was garbage already in the garbage can. There was no movie library or stereo we could find. The house rules were contradictory to what is listed on this site. The beds were very comfortable but the furniture in the living room not so much. We could not get the pellet stove to work right so we had to use the base board heat, even though we were told to only use the pellet stove. They supplied one bag of pellets and in 6 hours we used a half a bag. We were staying 3 nights. The owners were very quick to respond to questions on the site. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Quiet, convenient and great lake view!
Really nice place, quiet, well maintained and super view of lake from living room! Surprised how quiet this was and how easy to walk or bike into town for anything you might need. Lake is clear and 7’ deep at new dock; we know this because we kept dropping things into lake & fishing them out (tractor supply nearby sells big magnets, rope & 6’ retrievers ;-). Nice outdoor area with great fire pit. Deer, ducks, loons and even baby turtles were guests. Neighbors friendly. Hot tub worked well and great after hiking or kayaking. Waterfront well equipped. Laundry and bathrooms good. Pellet heater worked well to take chill off late in season mornings. Kitchen appliances very good. We loved the cappuccino and waffle machines and large gas grill conveniently located on the deck. In the early morning, we enjoyed the panoramic view from the couch. Watching the lake fog lift as the birds and early morning distance swimmers started their days was a great memory of our trip. Kitchen well set up, nice dishes & cooking gear. We all enjoyed this rental - well done!

First Time VRBO Vacation
This was our first time doing a vacation like this. We typically head to the Caribian and search out surf and sand. This was my wife's choice as we were celebrating her 50th birthday. Based on our experience, this will not be the last! From the moment we arrived at the Lake House, we were impressed with the property. The time of year was perfect! We caught the fall foliage change in peak colors and the views were astonishing. The Lake House is very well appointed. The rooms are spacious and the area for family gathering was very comfortable. It's very evident that the owner takes pride in their home and wants to share the experience with the visitors. We vacationed with our two adult children and their wives. It was a fantastic family time adventure. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards as well as the paddle boat. The location was perfect to venture out to see the quaint town of Sarinak as well as a short jaunt to Lake Placid. We took full advantage of the various hiking trails. It was awesome to return after a full day of adventure and relax in the hot tub to ease sore muscles. The description indicated a "basic" kitchen but this was a severe understatement! There were more pots and pans then we could use and everything was of the highest quality from the waffle maker (which we used almost every day) to the gas grill and instapot. Our family was able to spread out and each occupy a floor. Each had their own bathroom which was convenient. There is an issue with the top floor shower leaking into the kitchen but the owner was aware of this and informed us prior to arriving. They are continuing to address the issue but as of our departure, the leak was not yet resolved and should not be used. This was a minor inconvenience that didn't impact our say in the least. The communication from Mancy was great. It was obvious that she had a vested interest in our experience and her concern was appreciated and welcomed. This was one of our favorite vacations and we will be planning another trip to the Lake House for sure.

Snowy Friendsgiving Weekend
We stayed here with our friends (two couples, three kids) for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was just gorgeous. It snowed the whole weekend, and sitting in the warm living room looking out upon the scenery couldn’t have been more idyllic. The house is huge. The older kids had a great time in the lower level twin bedroom rooms. The youngest stayed in the loft next to her parents upstairs, and we stayed in the main level. The house is so cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and good knives (a pleasant surprise in a rental!). The grill and jacuzzi worked well. It’s a five minute drive to a grocery store, liquor store, and other conveniences. Lake place is about a twenty minute easy drive. We hope to come back!
