大人数で宿泊でしたので選びましたが、何度も、何度もブレーカーが落ちて、ドライヤー、エアコンが使えず、また、お風呂に入っていても、ブレーカーがおちるので不自由な滞在になりました。管理者にも連絡取りましたが、こんな事態は初めてだといわれ、解決にいたりませんでした。冬の北海道でエアコンが使えないのは，ひどいものでした。

海鮮の多い地域なので、小皿を増やしていただけるとありがたい。 ビールやアルコールを飲むための大きなグラスもあると助かります。 キッチンペーパーもあると助かります。

聞きたいことがあっても当日までは電話とかの連絡先がわからなかった。レンタカーを借りたが駐車場にはいらなかった。 10人の家族旅行でしたが、ベット数，リビングの雰囲気，水回りも綺麗でした。そこは最高❣️ スリッパが臭臭かったです

施設自体は、配慮が行き届いていて設備も満足なものでした。清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。鍵の施錠方法の連絡が当日なので、少し不安になりました。メールの返信はもらえませんでした。 宿から最寄り駅までの行程が坂になっていて、スーツケースを引いて坂道を上がるのが、体力的に厳しかったです。

各トイレの手拭きタオルが無い為人数分のタオルを掛けなければなりませんでした。ペーパータオルの備えが欲しかったです。あと、3箇所のバスマットが無い為…困りました😮‍💨 その他は居心地が良く〜皆んな大変楽しんでいました🎶ありがとう御座いました🙋
