"Perfect access to the Beach (1min walk). Bungalow was a little bit dirty/gritty and bed mattress was a bit worse for ware. Most of the blinds didn't really cover the window/door sides (people would be able to see in). Reception was excellent and friendly. All amenities and activities are awesome, clean and functional. Nice and quiet at night when sleeping. Hear the subtle waves in the distance when awake. Good parking."

"Great location, right on the beach. Unfortunately, cyclone Alfred happened whilst we stayed...but not much anyone could do about that. House was spotless. Only reason we rated it 4 is the communication was quite poor with the letting agency. We sent a couple of emails during our stay, and no one bothered to reply, which seemed below average service for this type of house. However, you wont get closer to the sand."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hamptons with our three young children. Excellent, absolute beach front accommodation just out of Coffs Harbour. The front deck overlooking the ocean is amazing and we enjoyed watching the dolphins.The only downside was the beach is quite challenging to swim in. We will definitely come back "
