"We had the honour of being the first rental guests in this house and our family of 4 loved it. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Maro and his Dad, Tihomir, were very patient and understanding when our delayed flight caused a rather late evening arrival. Tihomir showed us where everything was whilst Maro acted as translator. "The location is good and the area is beautiful although the road outside is pretty noisy. The outside area is nice and spacious although it could do with some more lighting. The pool is a good size but the tiles are coming off and 2 of our party cut their feet. The house could be great but is definitely showing signs of age... the banister is distressingly wobbly, the shutters are falling to pieces and let in a lot of light, especially as there are street lights outside. "We had a lovely week in Lozica. We were two families of 8 people in total. The other family arrived first and Vesna was there to greet them. She also gave one of them a lift to the supermarket as neither of us rented a car, which was a help! The villa has lovely sea views, and a nice outdoor space with enough room for us all around the big table. The pool (which Vesna's husband would check daily) was perfect for a refreshing dip and there was an area next to it with 5 sun loungers set up. There...
