"Really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the bar and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "

"Conveniant location for a work meeting nearby. Beautiful hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Food was great. The hotel is fascinating with period features and decor at every turn. Reasonably priced."

"Walking distance to the nec , pub next door, bed was uncomfortable for us ( to hard ) , a/c unit in room was faulty, wouldn't turn off one minute it was hot next kicking out cold and very noisy , rang reception at 11.15pm ish was told someone would come to room to look at it, the issue with the a/c unfortunately didn't get resolved "
