"The room was not ready before our arrival. Honeymoon decoration not made even though previously asked for. Plumbery problem from the first minutes badly managed. A room changed - Air conditioner not working - hot water in jacuzzi not working. We even quit by the first night. Asked for refund for the night not consumed upon all these problems : the answer was No."

"Expedia seems to have been inaccurate, showed the family room for me, and the hotel only had a single room. I had to pay the price difference but i dont believe it was the hotels issue. They were very helpful with resolving the issue"

Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you"

"Room is small with two twins bed put together as we are couple.and a mother twin bed that caused not to open the closet. Train noise all day and night. Breakfast is very basic . It’s not worth the money . The area where the hotel is all surrounded by green tree but far from the restaurants if you don’t have a car. Hotel have no food service an all. Only basic. Breakfast."

"المكان جميل والغرف نظيفة والمطبخ مجهز بالأواني. فقط الغسالة لم تكن تعمل. الموظفون متعاونون و محترمون، الأخ أحمد تعاون معنا بشأن الدخول المبكر، شكراً له.البعض يحتاج لتعلم اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل أفضل. بالإمكان توفير مخدات ومراتب ذات جودة أعلى. المسبح نظيف. المحلات المجاورة لا تفتح باكرا. The place is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the kitchen is equipped with utensils. Only the washing machine wasn't working. The employees are cooperative and respectful. Brother Ahmed cooperated with us regarding early entry. Thank you. Some people need to learn English better. Higher quality pillows and mattresses can be provided. The pool is clean. Nearby stores do not open early. "
