"So much was excellent. The value for money is spot on and even though the restaurant is pricey for Portugal, it's still very good value. Breakfast was far more than we'd expected, especially after some poor offerings elsewhere. "We booked well in advance, but upon arriving at 6pm on the day of our reservation, we were met with nobody, then eventually a kind man who called around for us and managed to track down the property manager, who disavowed any knowledge whatsoever of our reservation, going so far as to say he never works with hotels.com or hotels.es or anyone else.
