There were multiple maintenance issues that were not taking care of. It was kind of like staying at an old super 8 in United States or canada. But for $150 a night it just seemed like it wasn't worth it. The AC was not turned on before we entered the room. And it took a few hours for it to work. They photocopied all our passports which was a little strange. Door handles were loose or missing. Maybe if we paid $40 it would have a higher rating. It was clean but kind of grimy. The buffet however was good,

Hotel bom e honesto. Café da manhã muito bom, restaurante também muito bom. O quarto era bom, com bom tamanho. Só achei que pode melhorar na manutenção, tipo papeleira do banheiro meio solta, torneira um pouco dura. Então, só precisa de pequenas manutenções. De resto o hotel atende bem as expectativas de uma temporada curta e prática em SP. Muito perto do aeroporto de Congonhas

Café da manhã/localização excelentes, quarto ruim.
Hotel classificado como 3 estrelas, mas com algumas características d 4 estrelas, como a fachada, o jardim, a recepção e o café da manhã super diversificado com 3 opções d sucos naturais, sanduíches, frutas DESCASCADAS (como a maioria dos hotéis deveriam fazer). Já fiquei em hotel 4 estrelas q o café da manhã não chegava aos pés desse. Porém quando se avalia o quarto, a classificação cai p 2 estrelas (cama antiga barulhenta, chuveiro sem pressão, box apertado, frigobar velho). Daí dá pra entender pq na média o hotel fica em 3 estrelas.

Ar-condicionado não funcionou, banheiro encardido, o lugar de banho muito sujo, registros enferrujados, estacionamento pago (na reserva não foi informado). Quando reclamei na recepção, disseram que as reservas pelo Hoteis.com são para os quartos de menor qualidade, e pelo jeito, os quartos sujos.

Cama desconfortável e barulho insuportável
Apesar da gentileza dos funcionários e do excelente café da manhã, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, o colchão da cama era extremamente desconfortável, dava um buraco onde a pessoa dormia, e os barulhos dos aviões são insuportáveis. O quarto é virado para a pista do aeroporto, parece que a asa do avião vai encontrar no quarto. Horrível o barulho, de minuto a minuto
