Arrived very late hoping for a nice comfortable room as I had stayed there before. My room had some ladies underwear left so felt it wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff were very apologetic and moved me to a new room. The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.

A few things to fix, but overall, ok.
I like the location, but cleanliness was somewhat an issue this time as I walked bare feet in the room and my feet turned black. Also, it seems that there was some renovation and the lights where not working properly. We had to call for help to shut off 3 lights and nobody would know. Then we finally had to shut of the power of the entire room to be able to sleep.

O atendimento do pessoal do estacionamento deixou muito a desejar; fui tratado como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Apenas em um dia um senhor foi atencioso comigo, mas nos demais nem ao menos retribuíam um “bom dia”. Sobre o hotel, o café da manhã me pareceu um pouco limitado, e o quarto estava com um cheiro desagradável, possivelmente vindo das cortinas, que poderiam passar por uma higienização. No entanto, o hotel possui pontos positivos, como a ótima localização em frente a um shopping e de fácil acesso a outras áreas da cidade.
