The location of the hotel to shopping and food was ideal. The staff was remarkably considerate and knowledgeable. The layout of the rooms were wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here to visitors.

The service was terrible. Especially the room cleaning. I stayed 6days there, they changed bedding sheet on 5th day in such a hot session. The no- disturb sign stayed on floor for 3 days until I picked it up, nobody do it. The bedding is pure fiber without or very less cotton, feel very uncomfortable when sleep. I traveled 50 countries, this is one of the worse experiences.

I stayed at the Radisson for my first time in São Paulo and I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, quiet and the air conditioning worked wonderful. It was easy to walk around the area from the hotel and the staff was friendly. The morning breakfast had many options and highlighted local dishes and fruits.
