The location is in a really safe area which was nice and I appreciated that. That being said, the TV didn't work properly, all of the lights flickered badly, all of the sinks leaked badly to the point where they nearly didn't work, and the whole room smelled like cigarettes. Furthermore, the wifi barely worked which was frustrating because my partner's phone is from the US so in order from him to connect to the internet, he needed to use the internet because he didn't have data. The staff was nice and the cleaning ladies were good but otherwise I would not recommend staying here.

Good apartment for rent.
No frills furnished apartment, clean, spacious, small kitchen, fridge and dishes available for cooking/eating at home. Great to stay with the family. Neighborhood is ok.

An absolutely pleasant experience
I was working at the university of São Paulo campus and needed a close walking distance accommodation. The daily fare was beyond reasonable given the amenities and space of the room. The only room for improvement is reception. It is not obvious that there are private rooms for rent in the complex and nor are some of the receptionists familiar with check in or check out processes. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience and would love to stay there again.

Not a deluxe experience, but fine for budget travelers
The location is great for folks who are going to work or schedule meetings in the Jardins neighborhood. When I was there, the building was being renovated so it didn't look that snazzy but I'm sure when the work is done it will look great. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best, so be sure to check on that prior to booking. Supermarket right around the corner + various restaurants too, easy to catch a taxi = very convenient.

Very Basic
The apartment was nice and clean and the area was ok Oscar freire is a lovely road but this apartment is at the not so nice end in Pinheros. The kitchen was under equipped with no can open and only 2 knives and fork and no utensils or wine glasses. It was the bare minimum! I was not impressed as I do like to cook. There was no hair dryer either. The pool was filthy but they did clean it during the week. And I got no help with suitcases or any general assistance. I had major miscommunications before my visit and although it stated I would not be charged before arrival they took money from my credit card without my approval a month before my stay so it would have been difficult to cancel.Overall I did like the place but I will ask next time for more cutlery and kitchen equipment and I won't give my card details.

Ao chegar no quarto, percebi que a geladeira não funcionava. Após conseguir falar com a "dona", recebo a informação que não tinham outro quarto disponível naquele dia, obrigando a colocar remédios, água, dentre outras compras que necessitavam de refrigeração (Queijos e Iogurtes) na geladeira do salão de festas. No dia seguinte, após um acordo com a "dona", preferi sair 1 dia antes e ela fazer o estorno do valor pago pela 2ª diária, o que até hoje (10 dias) depois ainda não foi feito. Quanto a limpeza, acomodação, localização, nada tenho a reclamar. Só mesmo esse contratempo do acontecido.
