It’s a nice hotel but the hallways have a weird smell, maybe because it’s carpet. There’s no coffee maker in the room and the bed is just ok. The location is excellent and the breakfast is really good. Very safe area and very walkable.

The hotel is lovely, all staff were friendly and front desk staff speak Portuguese and English which is excellent. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good quality. The hotel was in a safe location and not too far of a walk from shopping and subway.

It is a good place to stay in SP. Nice location, is inexpensive, excellent breakfast buffet, nice service. I did not use the other services, so I can't comment. But I will stay there again

The Novotel SP Jardins is an ordinary hotel, not great, nor terrible, just average. It gets the job done, without anything notable on the positive side. The place is a little run down, but still functional. The breakfast is acceptable, but nothing special. If your needs are basic, the hotel will do fine.

Há hotéis do mesmo nível com preços menores
Não vale o preço. Escolhi ficar no Novotel por ser um hotel supostamente superior ao Mercure (onde geralmente fico quando vou a São Paulo). Para minha infelicidade, o quarto era pior do que quartos do Mercure onde fiquei, sendo que a diária foi mais cara. A manutenção do quarto estava horrível: pia entupida, mofo no banheiro, a descarga não funcionava direito (tive que inúmeras vezes retirar a pedra do dispositivo de descarga para destravar uma das peças e permitir que o reservatório enchesse). Os pontos positivos: localização, o serviço dos funcionários e o quarto silencioso. Enfim, não recomendo e jamais ficaria aqui novamente.
