This hotel is the best option if you want to stay close to different Japanese restaurants and shops. However, it is a run-down property, and the supposedly "Japanese-style breakfast" is a joke. They offered white rice, a mix of steamed vegetables (tasteless), fried fish (stale and dry), and miso soup (sour or spoiled) for breakfast - but it was all. The "western options" were rather limited compared to other hotels in Brazil of the same range: scrambled eggs, sausage with a lot of onion, one type of ham and cheese (very basic), simple buns (no toast), butter, jam, watery yogurt, and some cut fruits (primarily immature). No fresh juice and awful coffee (probably reheated). I was disappointed with such a miserable breakfast and the dull dining room it was served in.

O ar condicionado estava com defeito, pedi ajuda na recepção porém ninguém foi no quarto nos ajudar. Passamos mt calor. Alem disso nos colocaram em quarto para deficientes sem avisar. Neste tipo de quarto nao há banheira, as camas são menores e o banheiro molha todo de água ppr causa do box. Temos outras estadias ótimas no Nikkey, essa foi ruim.
