We had an early international flight from SP and had to spend the night in the city. This hotel is greatly located and the price was reasonable. The room that we got was small and it was too small for our large suitcases. Yet, the service is very good and friendly and the room was clean. Altogether this is a good hotel with small rooms.

The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay. Bruno G

The personnel at the reception barely spoke English or Spanish. The staff who served breakfast never greeted us or said good morning, let alone smile. The room was not clean. I killed a cockroach and was still there even after the cleaners had come to 'clean' the room. I would not recommended it because it was not value for money.

Atendimento excelente das funcionárias, fomos no ano novo e nos trataram super bem. Unico ponto que me pegou é nao ter tomada ao lado da cama, apenas carregador do usb do tipo B e o meu celular é do tipo C. Tirando isso foi ótimo e voltaremos com toda certeza.

Atendimento muito bom!
Estadia muito boa e atendimento excelente desde a recepção até a responsável prlo café da manhã, Márcia, todos muito educados e prestativos. O quarto era bom, apenas os travesseiros achei muito fofos, poderiam ser mais firmes. As toalhas eram boas, porém algumas estavsm desfiando. No geral, gostei bastante.

Boa estadia. Apto com 3 camas de solteiro, não muito espaçoso mas suficiente para dormir bem. Bom ar condicionado, boa limpeza. Café da manhã simples mas com frutas iogurte suco, enfim o suficiente para iniciar o dia. Equipe atenciosa e muito educada. Hotel pequeno, tranquilo, rua calma, algumas quadras a pé do shopping pátio Higienópolis. Super recomendo! Nós amamos!
