Perfect stay for a group of 4. We shared a common area and had two separate rooms and bathrooms which was a great plus! Only downside of our room was, the stove was inoperable and created a strong gas odor in our attempt to use it. Other than that, nice place to stay for our weekend in Brazil!

Boa estadia, mas pequeno problema na recepção
O local é bom, ao lado da Av. Berrini. Bem sossegado e sem ruídos. Entretanto, ocorreu uma situação estranha na qual a recepcionista me informou que, durante o processo de baixa da Expedia com o sistema deles, havia gerado um estorno e não efetuado a reserva de fato. Questionei e pedi para ver o sistema deles e lá não constava nenhuma informação condizente com a minha, a exemplo do final do cartão e preço da reserva. Enfim, perguntaram se eu aceitaria deixar o cartão de crédito lá na recepção para posterior prosseguimento, o que prontamente neguei; depois a recepcionista disse que ligou para a supervisora e que eles iriam realizar a baixa manualmente. Achei bem estranho tal situação. Espero que o pessoal fiquem atentos quanto a isso.

Surpresa nada agradável
Diferente do que eu esperava, é um apartamento com pouco conforto apesar de um bom espaço. Os móveis estão mal cuidados e quase caindo. O serviço de restaurante não funciona durante a semana, apenas o café da manhã.Na busca coloquei apenas Hotel e veio este que é um apart.

Foi reservada uma acomodação para 2 adultos e duas crianças (10 e 8 anos) conforme disponibilidade no site. Quando chegamos no hotel nao havia sido comunicado pela equipe do Hotels.com que seriam 2 crianças e haviam reservado um quarto que somente acomodava 3 pessoas. Com sorte e gentileza do gerente conseguimos uma troca de cama para conseguir acomodar todos. Foi um estresse desnecessário. O Mercure Berrini e um bom hotel com padrao inferior aos outros hoteis da rede Mercure. Era um antigo apart hotel que foi reformado para hotel. No geral uma nota 3,5/5,0.
